It is bordered by wine cellars, where local winemakers will be happy to welcome you and invite you to sample delicious Moravian wines. The interior of the building is newly renovated and offers modern amenities. The exception is the original bathroom, which will be renovated soon. We offer you a comfortable double bed that can be separated from a single bed by a stylish screen for your privacy. Our accommodation is suitable for up to 4 people with extra bed and quality mattress.

Newly built apartment 2+kk in a quiet part of town with terrace, wifi, parking and lockable bicycle. The accommodation is located just 20 minutes walk to the city center. Maximum capacity 4 persons. On the ground floor of the apartment is equipped kitchen with fridge, induction hob, coffee maker and dishwasher. Upstairs, there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. Close to the apartment is a bike path (60m), supermarket (300m), swimming pool (350m) and railway station (700m).

Apartment B no. 405 is located in the historical center of Mikulov, in the Pod Zámkem Residence. It offers a beautiful view of the Mikulov Chateau. It is a brand new, comfortably equipped apartment with a size of approximately 37 square meters including a bicycle cubicle (a room in the corridor next to the entrance door to the apartment). The undisputed advantage is its own parking in the courtyard and a wine cellar, which is part of the building B Residence Pod Zámkem. Apartment is fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 5 people.

If you are looking for a slightly different apartment, a mix of retra with a new, colorful and patterned world, then you are right with us. There will be an extraordinary, gilded, but also cozy three-room apartment on the fourth floor with an amazing view of the Mikulov chateau and the Holy Hill. If you share a passion for bicycles, come and we will safely store them in the cellar. Parking 7 min walk from the apartment, paid 50 CZK/day. Tourism fee 50 CZK/day + person needs to be paid in cash at check-in.

Můžete si u nás uschovat vlastní kola nebo vám půjčíme naše za poplatek. Máte u nás možnost ochutnat i zakoupit vynikající vína z okolí. Uvítáme vás a poradíme vám se vším co budete potřebovat. This is a luxury apartment in a new building in Mušlov (the city of Mikulov - 4km) and with an excellent location in the Pálava Protected Landscape Area and only 10 km from Lednice - Valtice area. The closest cities for necessary shopping are Mikulov (4km) or Valtice (10km), or the district town of Břeclav (20km). The price of the stay includes Nespresso coffee and Leros tea.
