Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Midway City

This unit was clean, well appointed and large enough for a family gathering to celebrate a graduation at Chapman University. The location was ideal although there was a bit of noise from neighbors and the freeway however this offset by the reasonable price for a two bedroom .

This was a perfect location for us as we helped move our daughter out of UCI. We loved being able to walk to yummy eats at diamond jamboree and run along the path. The place itself is clean and spacious and just as described. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our future visits. Thanks again!

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

David was an amazing host and very attentive to detail. His place was beautiful and very clean. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very communicative. The apartment is right next to the beach and in a quiet Neighborhood. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon.

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

We LOVED staying at Wendy’s place. It was exactly how it look in the picture but even better. I love that it had a gated parking lot with a designated parking and the neighborhood was safe. It was easy to get in and out. I would definitely book Wendy’s place again! Communication was amazing too!

Lovely stay! Very homely and excellent house. The flat was very well kept and properly cleaned before we checked in. Quick response from the owner and even had a parking spot for us which was very convenient. Stayed for 3 nights and worth the price we paid. Lovely view from the top. 👏👌

This was my first Airbnb experience and I was a bit nervous, but Jeremy was amazing. From the moment I booked his listing to the moment I checked out, Jeremy was extremely helpful and always responsive. I had so many questions and Jeremy was so patient and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him in any way. The home is very spacious, clean, and convenient to everything we wanted to do while we were in town. Loved my experience with Jeremy and would recommend his listing to anyone and everyone!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view and incredibly priced. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Hosts were responsive at pretty much every hour of the day. We can’t wait to hopefully use the home again on our next trip to Orange County!

The home was very spacious and clean. Each bedroom had a private bathroom which was very convenient for us since there were many of us. The only problem was the shower pressure was very low. Took a while to shower since it took so long to get our hair wet. At first we thought it was because multiple bathrooms were in use but then the next day there was only one bathroom in use and still the same issue. Overall a nice home and not hard to find. Checking in was ready too.

The place looked exactly like the photos! I was skeptical since the listing didn't have as many reviews as others, but I decided to the risk and it really paid off. Place was sooo cute. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Aaron was very accommodating and responsive. The location was right near all the restaurants and made everything so easily accessible. I highly recommend this place!

We loved staying here! It was perfect for us. Some of us were mainly there for Disneyland and others went sightseeing. It is incredibly close to the beach (just a short drive away) and we loved that. The house was clean and it was very quiet. We felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again! Easily fit 6 of us comfortably.

Sandy was very friendly and accomodating from first inquiry to check out. The AirBnb was as pictured and we felt right at home! She was very responsive to our messages! The place was family friendly and Sandy provided a pack n play for my little one. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!
