Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

Clean & Serene Studio - easy on/off interstate

Shady backyard, relaxing patio, restful bed, bath & kitchenette. Standing desk or kitchen counter makes great workspace with limitless supply of local organic coffee & strong WiFi. We built the house a few years ago to grow our family airbnb business & love that it’s located 1 block from the Broad Ave Arts District & a few minutes drive from Overton Square. Your parking spot is next to the apartment down our long driveway, plenty of space for multiple vehicles or a moving truck.

Delta Chic in the city is for the traveler desiring to stay in the heart of Memphis but wants to retreat to a totally quiet peaceful place to lay their head. This BnB is 6 miles from downtown. It is 2 miles from I-40. The University of Memphis is a hop, skip and jump away. There are fabulous restaurants in walking distance such as: Brother Junipers, Garibaldi's Pizza, A-Tan, The Highland Strip...Delta Chic BnB is centrally located in town but conveniently secluded for your R&R.

Located in the heart of midtown. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and parks. $7 Uber ride to Beale St. There could not be a more ideal location for a visit to Memphis. A private bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom in the upstairs of our home built in 1912. Coffee and tea is available in the kitchenette. We have two small children and a dog, but the space is private with a private entrance.
