Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Midtown East, Manhattan

I absolutely loved my stay at Tia’s airbnb. The apartment was clean, tidy, well-stocked with essentials (and more), and located in the cutest UES neighborhood. The amenities in her apartment are not typical for other new york apartments, including a large kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, AC, etc. There are very accessible subway stops and bus stop nearby as well, with tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The location felt very safe during my entire stay. It quickly felt like home to me. Tia is also such a lovely host, even letting me check in hours in advance because my flight got in early. Can’t say enough good things about her and her apartment. Will definitely rebook the next time I’m in New York!

5 Stars – Perfect Stay in Little Italy! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The location in Little Italy was absolutely perfect — full of charm, culture, and amazing food just steps away. The space itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described (if not better!). Everything was well-maintained, and it was clear the host put care into the little details that made the stay comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were available.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect—on a lovely block with great restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and a great home base for my work trip. Tom was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and super helpful, even when I accidentally locked myself out late at night. Check-in and check-out was easy, and everything was exactly as described. I especially appreciated how clean everything was, including the laundry area—and no critters in sight (unlike my friend’s stay elsewhere!). The layout was great too, with a spacious living room, dining area, and blackout curtains in the bedroom that made it easy to relax after a long day. Thanks so much, Tom! I’d happily stay here again.

Place was nice and clean. Matched the description. Amenities were just as described in the listing. Sal was very responsive and helped when we needed something. Beautiful New York skyline view if we walk one block down. Would love to come back when we visit again.

We enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and homey feeling. A nice retreat from the city. Location can't be beat if you're looking for proximity to the lively East Village eating and drinking scene, plus the well-connected Union Square station is nearby. It's got a great dual split AC system, and the in-unit washer and dryer came in handy. There is some noise when residents enter the building, as the unit is right next to the entryway, but the foot traffic is quite minimal.

The host was very responsive, the front desk staff very helpful (shout out to CeCe, who saved me $80 by advising how to get to the airport by train). Also, checking out was super easy. It was nice to not have to go through all kinds of extra steps to take out the garbage, etc. But, there is a LOT of noise from neighboring rooms. Either the next door neighbor or one above sounds like they are moving furniture almost all night, ending at 1-2am and starting up again at 6am. If you can tolerate that (and we were able to for the few days we were there) it really is super.

Absolutely amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making check-in and communication super easy. The apartment was spotless and even better than it looked in the photos — the view was absolutely stunning! It was fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The building itself is fantastic, modern and secure, and the neighborhood is beautiful and lively. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Manhattan. Highly recommended!

Such a gem near Grenwich Village and SoHo! Literally less than a 5 min walk to the subway and within 30 min train from the best sights in Manhattan. Also next to the original Joe’s pizza location! Disclaimer, it is on the 5th floor with 81 stairs to climb to the apartment. So be mindful when packing your suitcase. Would highly recommend this listing. Cloud was so kind and let us check in very early after our red eye flight. The space is so cute and artsy.

Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Samantha and her husbands co host were great they had great quick communication took time to help with directions and addresses to places we wanted to see told us best way around and gave us tips on apps to download to help get around also. Samantha took time to introduce herself to us and inform us if we needed anything just let her know and they let us gone and go as we needed without feeling like we was anywhere but our own home it felt like home we truly enjoyed this stay and their beautiful home and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit New York beautiful place beautiful views and very quiet always across from police station so we felt very very safe great place

Jami's place was ideal for our needs. Nine of us settled in nicely. A huge living space. The roof terrace was amazing, especially at night. Another great plus is the bus stop, less than a minute from the door and buses to NYC or Jersey City. Grand parents, parents and grandchildren, all had a great time and if we are returning in the future, we would gladly stay at Jami's apartment.

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Absolutely loved this place! Wish we had a longer stay. The place is amazing and the outside area is EVERYTHING!! Will definitely stay again when back in the area!

Wij hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad bij Katia. Het appartement is hartstikke schoon, netjes en precies zoals op de foto's. Het appartement is voorzien van letterlijk alles. Denk aan: airco, kruiden, koffie, thee, föhn, stijltang, douche producten en dekentjes voor bij de Netflix. We kwamen dan ook niks te kort. We wouden graag gebruik maken van de wasmachine. Het leek alsof er in het washok geen stroom was. Hiervoor contact opgenomen met Katia en dit was gelijk geregeld. Wat een fijne en snelle service! Het appartement is op loopafstand naar de bus (12 min) en goed te doen. Enige minpuntje is dat het gehorig is en we af en toe wat geluidsoverlast hebben gehad van de buren. Maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die naar New York gaat.

A very great place, clean and lovely rooms and cosy beds, generally the entire place is lovely, our hosts were friendly and responsive, clear instructions and helpful in finding transport to NY.

Very clear directions and responsive, caring hosts. Apartment was beautiful and spacious. My daughter enjoyed going to the coffee shop below every morning. Lots of unique stores and restaurants nearby. Overall a great choice!

We had a great time in the apartment, it was clean and everything we needed was there. Just like in the description. Comfortable bed and couch, great appliances, nice bathroom and everything was in good condition. Really close to public transportation and many restaurants. The ac was great after a hot and busy das in the city, it felt like coming home every evening. Thanks!

Apartment was clean,spacious we stayed 6 nights with our 2 year old baby. You can get bus no 126 which will take you to time square so very convenient to travel to newyork. Aj and John were very helpful and great host. We had a great stay. Best wishes . Bimla

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place
