Our two bedroom one bath home with large finished basement office is perfectly situated in Midland; our home is 7 mins from the Midland Hospital, 5 mins from Dow Chemical North Entrance, 11 mins from the Midland Soccer Complex. We have everything needed for cooking and hosting families with young children. The street is very walkable; try the farmers market just down the street at Loons Stadium!

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

If you have mobility challenges climbing stairs, another location to stay could be worth considering. The bed in the apt is a standard full size bed - not a queen or king.

This 1000sq ft home is on the Pere Marquette rail-trail, surrounded by peaceful country. Only 3 miles from hospital & Northwood University. A marked conservation trail is across the street. Tittabawassee River is a short jot down the road. Feel free to use the kayaks I provide. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the turkeys & deer. Enjoy yard games and the bonfire pit. In Bay City for a wedding. Appreciate so much about Mary’s Airbnb. It’s on a quiet residential street and resembles the house you might have grown up in. The bed was super comfortable. You’ll share space with her, and although she gave us our privacy, Mary sat with us and chatted about a multitude of subjects which really made our stay memorable. I want to go back to Bay City just to stay here again. We parked on the street and there’s a little free library across from her. Thanks, Mary! Until next time!

This Airbnb is over the top clean, has so many extra's; kitchen fully stocked w/everything, spices, etc, great pans to cook with & dishes, silverware etc. The bathrooms were nice & clean w/shampoo, body wash, hand soaps, towels, tp. etc. She had a beautiful yummy cake & a welcome card for us, asking if we needed something, please let them know. The kindness Janna & David showed was a huge gift. Promise, you'll not be disappointed when staying at this Airbnb.

This is, hands down, my favorite Air B&B that we have ever stayed in. I wish I could transport it to every city I visit! The hosts have thought of everything. The location is absolutely perfect for enjoying all that Midland has to offer. The way they have transformed this Midland historical building into a functional space, while still honoring its history, honestly brought me to tears. The pictures don’t do it justice. My husband could not stop talking about how comfortable the bed was! And the rainfall shower!! I wish we could have stayed for a month. Check in was super easy and their check out process was one of the easiest I have been asked to do. Forget the hotels and do yourself a favor and enjoy a beautiful part of Midland while you visit. We highly recommend!

Saira's place was perfect for our trip to Midland. The space is convenient to necessities as well as local attractions. We travel with service animals, and when the time of one of the meetings I needed to attend was changed to an hour earlier than regular check in. The request to check in early so the others and service animal wouldn't need to sit in the truck while attended the meeting was promptly approved.

We loved staying at Bethany's house! It was the perfect home base for my family while we hosted our mom’s celebration of life at another location. The house was clean and cute, the beds were huge and incredibly comfortable, and the backyard was perfect for the kids and our dog to play. Bethany was very communicative throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Since this is a newer property, my only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen a bit more: things like large spoons, cooking utensils, spatulas, extra kitchen towels, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. We had more activity and supplies than a typical guest due to the celebration, but a few extra essentials would’ve been helpful. That said, we absolutely loved the house and would definitely stay there again!
