You will be staying in a large, comfortable, older home in a beautiful, family friendly, neighborhood in the heart of Midland. We have 4 bedrooms with 2 full and 2 half baths, large eat in kitchen with a connected family room; living room, dining room, backyard deck with grill, and wooded lot. You will be about 5 minutes from our favorite restaurants, soccer complex, tennis center, country club, movie theater, shopping, Dow Gardens; and MidMichigan Medical Center;7 minutes to downtown Midland.

Cozy, serene, updated cabin/chefs kitch 3BR,Wi-Fi

Welcome home to a peaceful, luxurious and cozy three bedroom cottage that is newly renovated with all the upgrades including large and gorgeous chefs kitchen, outdoor space and pool/ping pong table. The Rausch cottage is located on Wixom’s lakebed. In 2020, we had a flood of a century which damaged many homes. The water is gone for now but we rebuilt and this cottage is better than ever! Home Is located on a private drive peninsula with 100 ft on Wixom canal. Free and ample parking included.

Cute, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located with easy access to downtown and other city amenities. This home is perfect for those traveling with pets, including those trialing at TNT dog center. There is a private fenced back yard including a separate gravel run and practice agility equipment. The space has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a full bed. One bathroom with shower and tub. Stay connected with complimentary wifi and Roku television.

Cute, clean home in nice neighborhood of downtown Midland. Walking distance to Dow Gardens, Center for the Arts, the Tree Canopy, Main Street, 2 splash parks, Emerson Park, the Tridge. First floor living with kitchen, dining and living room. Upstairs has three bedrooms and bathroom. Laundry in the basement. Lots of parks for young children nearby. Nice landscaped yard with fire pit. Large porch on front to enjoy the blossoming trees in spring and the shade in summer. Dog friendly.

Newly renovated, centrally located home in Midland. Walking distance to downtown, the Curling Center and the state of the art Community Center. Close to grocery, library, hospital, country club, and restaurants. Also close to the Dow Diamond, Dow Chemical and Midland Mall. Nice 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and 2 /2 car garage. Beautiful, new hickory wood floors, washer & dryer, large tv, ample parking. Basement is partially finished with bedroom, bathroom, living room.

Downtown Midland City Oasis

This cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is located just a few blocks from Dow Diamond, home to the Great Lakes Loon. You would have just a three block walk to many restaurants and shops and the downtown commons area when, in the summer, offers live music on weekends, cornhole and social setting for a peaceful night downtown. The Tridge is within walking distance which offers many rails for walking or biking. The home offers 2 Queen beds, one twin and a very comfortable couch.
