This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

This home is perfect for those traveling with pets, including those trialing at TNT dog center. There is a private fenced back yard including a separate gravel run and practice agility equipment. The space has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a full bed. One bathroom with shower and tub. Stay connected with complimentary wifi and Roku television.

This 1000sq ft home is on the Pere Marquette rail-trail, surrounded by peaceful country. Only 3 miles from hospital & Northwood University. A marked conservation trail is across the street. Tittabawassee River is a short jot down the road. Feel free to use the kayaks I provide. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the turkeys & deer. Enjoy yard games and the bonfire pit. Grill out using the gas grill provided. The Tridge and Dow Gardens are 5 miles away. Feel free to soak it all in :)

Stayed for two nights while in town for a dog show. The fenced back yard is great. The house was as described. It is a Nicely remodeled small ranch home. It was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed, including a regular and Keurig coffeemaker. The king bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. Erica was responsive, professional and friendly. Checkin and checkout were both easy. I would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb is over the top clean, has so many extra's; kitchen fully stocked w/everything, spices, etc, great pans to cook with & dishes, silverware etc. The bathrooms were nice & clean w/shampoo, body wash, hand soaps, towels, tp. etc. She had a beautiful yummy cake & a welcome card for us, asking if we needed something, please let them know. The kindness Janna & David showed was a huge gift. Promise, you'll not be disappointed when staying at this Airbnb.

Rural Master King Suite with she shed view

Tom is a great host. Timely with directions. His home is beautiful, easy to find and off the beaten path. The in-ground pool was super clean and open for the season complete with guest towels. Spacious yard. Such a wonderful place to relax and rest. Large master suite is so beautiful and came with its own key. I loved my stay so much. Thank you.

Stunning Home Heart of Midland!

We traveled to Midland for the LPGA event and this property was an easy walk to the event, super cute and welcoming decor, really great hosts who communicated clearly and made checking in super easy. Spotless, just as described. Great kitchen and dining areas and darling back yard and sun room to gather in. Queen beds. Well equipped, everything you need to cook or just bring in takeout.

The house was extremely clean, quiet, and well stocked with extra towels and blankets. The furniture is very comfortable, and the outdoor patio was a nice place to sit and relax after a busy day. Stayed for 15 days. This place is a great alternative to a hotel at about the same price. This is a nice neighborhood, quite yard, and very walkable for exercise. Great easy to get to location. When we had a problem with Spectrum wifi going out, Tamara was a bulldog, staying on it until it was completely done the same day. We recommend this place and will stay again if needed. Thank you!!
