Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Close to Rodez, Aubrac, Millau, Gorges du Tarn, this home is ideal for 2 people who want to discover the region in an original place. The house has a very charming architecture completely renovated that offers a private terrace. You can enjoy the calm of the village. Be prepared, there are no shops in the village (10 min drive to nearest shops)

However as an ex-restaurateur the owner can provide breakfast, lunches/picnics and dinners on order. Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes).
