This place is adorable! And it's right on the water! The space is well appointed and well designed with high-end touches. The bed was comfy, too. I'd highly recommend this apartment for couples who are looking for a quiet getaway.

My adult son said this was the best airbnb pick I'd made over the years! We rested AND had fun switching between pickleball, basketball, putting and kayaking. Kitchen was the perfect size and had all the basics for cooking a full meal. Beds were comfortable, roomy and every room had great views of the water and property. We loved everything about our stay

Wow! What a fabulous loft! Karin paid attention to every detail. The loft was well-stocked and had everything you need! Most impressive were the immaculate nature of the space and the VIEWS! The balcony was the best place for a morning cup of coffee...secluded, private, peaceful, and beautiful! This loft is brand new and so clean! Karin also allowed me to check out late and was an excellent communicator! Check in was easy and her directions were clear! Thanks for an amazing stay, Karin. I'll be booking next year, same time!

Amy and Andy are excellent hosts! I had so much fun. I was just a little disappointed in the wi-fi/internet connection but Andy is doing his best to correct it. This is my second time staying here and I will be coming back! I highly recommend it!

Our stay here was perfect. It was exactly what we needed, and was accurately described. It is a fairly new place, and was extremely clean. There was no sulfer smell in the water, unlike the other Airbnb's we've stayed at in this area. The house and landscaping was beautiful and the decor was so tastefully well done. Bernadette was great, always friendly, and quick to respond. We hope to be able to return for another stay.

Jacqueline’s place was lovely. There were many thoughtful touches such as blueberry muffins upon our arrival and numerous toiletries available for our use. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire place in good order. We visit this area regularly and will happily stay here again!

We usually prefer individual villas but this unit is in a small, very private grouping which made for a surprisingly peaceful stay. Overlooking the open Chesapeake Bay and a sandy beach and within walking distance to the marina, tiki bar and public kayak launch and soon-to-open pier, there are lots of activities to choose from but our favorite was just sitting on the little deck, watching the ships and ospreys go by. The water is just steps away and I would highly recommend opening the main bedroom window and sleeping to the sound of the waves. Everything in the unit was very comfortable and it was extremely well stocked. We also appreciated the thoughtful extra touches like handmade soaps, sweet treats and good coffee. This spot checked all of the boxes for us!

I visit every year - two times per year - with my dog. We love the place. Right by the water. It is quiet, furnished and meets my needs perfectl.

Kristie’s place was great; felt very clean and comfortable. We loved that she provided a basket of local info and menus. We also enjoyed the waterfront view and using the provided kayaks in the cove. The patio furniture was very comfy, clean, and relaxing. Loved seeing the deer visit us most days. Kristie’s communication was outstanding from beginning to end with clear and easy instructions. Highly recommend!

We LOVED our stay at Blue Pearl Cottage. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. Ben and Ashley thought of every detail how to meet guests' needs. The location is superb - peaceful and serene. LOVE the screened porch, as did our pooch - a perfect spot for him to hang out! Only wish we had more time there... hope to visit again.

One of the very best Air BnB rentals we've ever had. The other one we normally use in the NN was rented for the dates we wanted. This one was available, it looked good, so we gave it a try. It's tied as our #1 favorite place to stay. We'll be back here next year as it is so close and convenient to everything and the home was terrific!

This adorable tiny home is just a perfect getaway, but with a super comfortable bed, and very peaceful surroundings. Brenda couldn't have been nicer! We thoroughly enjoyed our very low-key time and will definitely return.

This place is a gem, gorgeously situated along the Rappahannock, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. The water views do not disappoint! The small beach area was perfect for our young children, as the water was gentle and shallow for quite a ways. (We do recommend water shoes, it gets a little rocky further out.) We kayaked in the morning and watched the sunset each evening. Sadia was a responsive host and communicated clearly. We overall had a great experience and would highly recommend this experience to others!

Great place to spend time with family, host are very nice and helpful. Place is totally worth it and we would totally rent this place again.

I rented Deborah’s place for my family so they could stay close by to my home in Urbanna. The house was spotless easy to find easy to get in and very well equipped. While the weather didn’t cooperate, there was plenty to do and the house feels much larger than it is due to the open floor plan and lovely decor. The house is less than five minutes from town and there is lots of shopping close by as well as several restaurants which we visited. We really enjoyed the quiet tranquility and the well-thought-out decor. One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. We will be back!

I’ve never had a nicer host. John had to help me through reservations because of some weird Airbnb accounts thing (two accounts??) but was so patient and was able to troubleshoot the problem. What a lovely spot!
