Holiday rentals with beach access in Middlesex County

Everything was as advertised! Katie was very easy to communicate with and gave great instructions. Everything was very clean and it was in a nice neighborhood. The only downside we had was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable — but they weren’t terrible! Overall great stay!

Karolina is very responsive and took care of all our requirements very promptly. It is a great place to stay and we had a good time. In fact we even extended our stay by 3 days and decided not to move anywhere else.

We were in town for my son's college graduation. This place was perfect - not far at all from downtown Worcester and stores, restaurants and coffee shops were nearby. My family enjoyed the beautiful and spacious apartment. The kitchen and eating area were a good size and spotless clean. The working desk set up with the comfortable chair was much appreciated as I had some remote work to get done. The bedrooms were also comfortable. John and Lina were pro-active in their communication with us and were especially warm in welcoming us. I highly recommend their beautiful place.

Kathleen was a truly wonderful host - thoughtful, responsive, and clearly experienced in making guests feel right at home. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed (and a few things we didn’t even know we needed until we found them!). Spotlessly clean, with a seamless check-in process that made our arrival stress-free. The location was super convenient - close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax. We had a fantastic stay in Boston! The Airbnb was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Our host was friendly, and responsive. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Thanh’s place was really nice and comfortable for the four of us. We spent most of our time in Boston and Ubers were easy to get and at a good price after 9:30am. Highly recommend!

If you want to stay in a quiet and peaceful location without any neighbors and plenty of outdoor space, this is the place to stay. You can sit by the lake and watch all of the wildlife, go fishing, go for a hike and not be stuck in a hotel. We will definately come back to this location in the future as long as we have family nearby. Thank you to the Martins for being awesome hosts.

We love the Southie House! We’ve stayed here a few times, it’s just the absolute best location and house setup. Best Airbnb for kids. The private back yard with swing set, ample seating everywhere, and the basement are all favorites of ours. The showers have incredible water pressure and the beds are so comfortable! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Cole’s home was cozy and big! It was the perfect size for our family of six! Lots of space to relax, have privacy, eat meals together, and play in the yard. The kitchen provided everything needed for our meals and it was easy to use/navigate. The location of the house was in a very nice neighborhood and it was very peaceful. Cole and his wife came over on a couple occasions just to check in on us and to say hi. That was really nice. We would highly recommend Cole’s place to any family! Five star stay <3

This place was such a great find!! We came for a girls weekend and we felt right at home. It was walking distance to some great local bars and just a short uber to the heart of Boston. Holly was very accommodating and very nice to communicate with. Definitely would stay here again!!

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

This house on a large pond is a great find! Water views are stellar all day. The driveway has a steep angle but is not a challenge. As with many houses, it has its unique quirks, but the positives are very high. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking or just heat & serve. The furniture is comfortable and functional. We travel for freshwater fishing. With the rowboat, my husband caught & released over 20 fish - all large and small mouth bass. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

I traveled with two toddlers 3 and under. The amount of space was perfect for our young family. My pro tip to future guests is to move anything delicate, block the loft ladder with the spare chair, get your eyes literally on the ground to check for anything that may peak the interest of a toddler. I enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart, toddler amenities, & stocked detergents for lots of laundry. Host was Immediately responsive when we ran into a hiccup during check in. We got to enjoy the village with just ourselves during the weekdays. Rooms had plenty of storafe for our weeks worth of clothes. I am so thrilled we stayed here and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated condo in South Boston. The space was stylish, modern and incredibly comfortable with a great vibe that made us feel right at home. There were two decks with great views. The neighborhood was fantastic – safe, walkable, and full of great local spots. We enjoyed strolling to one of the many nearby coffee shops (at least four with an easy reach! ) and had some amazing meals at local restaurants. The location was also convenient for exploring the city with a T subway stop just three blocks away . Street parking was easy to find likely because it was Memorial Day weekend. That made things even more convenient for us. Shannon our host, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay which we really appreciate it. All in all we had a fabulous visit and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a children friendly place and it was just the perfect place: lots of space indoor and outdoor, a basket full of toys, Veronica also provided a high chair and crib and their was a playground at walking distance. It was also quiet enough and very comfortable. I was relieved my family had a nice place to be in while I was working. Veronica was very helpful and responsive as well.
