Penthouse apartment in downtown villa

I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

En lille romantisk perle lige I vores egen baghave I Herrested ved Ørbæk på Fyn. Slap af med din familie i vores dejlige sommerhus. Huset ligger i et naturskønt område med gåafstand til børnevenlig strand og skov. Det er et sommerhus på 80 kvm med 2 soveværelser - 1 med dobbeltseng og 1 med to enkeltsenge. Huset er for nylig blevet renoveret og byder nu på et nyere badeværelse og et moderniseret køkkenområde. Generelt er det et lyst og velindrettet hus, som kan tilbyde dig den perfekte atmosfære til et behageligt og afslappende ophold.

Cozy surroundings for a perfect night out. In this spacious guest suite you can enjoy the tranquility and each other's company. There is plenty of space to relax outside and inside. There is a separate entrance, a separate bathroom/toilet and a kitchen with crockery, electric kettle, single hob etc. Sofa bed of good quality. There is access to a pavilion with a barbecue and the option of a wilderness bath and outdoor shower (by agreement).

Small guest apartment with nice views of fields, and only 5 min. to the highway. There is access to private bath/wc in the apartment as well as a well equipped kitchen. shopping options inside for about 2km. We do not recommend the apartment for families with small children.!
