I stayed at this location while looking after my father, who was staying in a nearby care home. The room was well-equipped, with a small fridge and linens. The downstairs laundry was clean and free to use, and the shared kitchen was clean and always available. Ali, the on-premises caretaker was quick to answer questions, and help out, including when I had to have some equipment delivered to the apartment complex. One note was that the lifts weren't working when I was there -- the apartment block has three floors and so if you need it to be accessible, you should check before booking to see whether this has been fixed.

Lovely spacious and comfortable property with great views of the river and Sutton Hoo. We really enjoyed the river walks and proximity to Woodbridge.

Lovely accommodation and everything we needed for our short break. The owner was present when we arrived and was very helpful about things to do. We had a really good time and there was plenty of things to do.

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.

I took my two kids to stay at Moat Island for a couple of nights during Half Term whilst we visited relatives nearby. It was the perfect mid-point location, but also felt like a special and memorable site. The bell tents are cosy and warm, and the composting toilet next to ours was the nicest I’ve ever used. I found myself going to it repeatedly when I only needed to walk about 20m more to get to the plumbed indoor ones! We enjoyed having a communal kitchen area, as it allowed us to chat to a few our ‘neighbours’. The outdoor pond/pool was utterly freezing, but worth a dip. And thankfully the nearby showers were gloriously warm.

Jerry was so welcoming and kind. This was our first stay. We love Corner Cottage, especially the African and other themed rooms. They've really got everything there that anyone could need! Love the upstairs hallway with chaise longue and Dali prints. We appreciated their artistic touches. We will stay again! Sarah and family 😊

A perfect place to relax and unwind. Private surroundings , throw the doors open and connect with nature. Early morning deer, rabbits, and an entertaining cock pheasant protecting his territory. Thoroughly enjoyed exploring locally and further afield. Used the foot ferry to Harwich and a glorious barge trip on the,Orwell, a beautiful river. Thank you Sally for a lovely stay.

An excellent location as a base to visit coast and inland locations. A tight turn off the main road - so just be aware of cars speeding round the corner. Attention to detail was excellent from the hosts - fresh flowers, dog blankets and the largest welcome ‘pack’ we’ve encountered, including a number of homemade products - over and beyond expectation. Beautiful property with amazing views of the countryside. Anthony was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The property is as lovely as portrayed in the photographs and the garden is a haven for wildlife. I would definitely recommend this property, it is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We spent Christmas there with the family and it was just perfect! The house is huge so we all had enty of room to feel just right at home. They had Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree setup for us which was lovely. Everything was just top notch and very good quality (beds, linen, furnitures, kitchenware...). The house is just the perfect fit for a family holiday with children and also babies (there was a high chair, a bouncer, changing mat, lots of toys). We would definitely stay there again!

A beautiful, spacious and quirky house. Many historic features kept in the renovations but nothing too precious so the children (aged 9-12) were able to play inside & out. The huge kitchen/dinner/lounge made a great family space to eat or chill out with plenty of furniture for all ten of us. We all enjoyed pottering about in the river behind the house in the little boat & Toby lent us a bigger boat & kayaks for a longer trip in a better part of the river. We toasted marshmallows over the fire pit, cooked pizza in the pizza oven & watched bats flying over the water in the evenings. Good beaches & a cinema are only half an hour drive away and the Emmaus charity shop & cafe (10min in the car, 45min walk) is well worth a visit. Good biscuits in the kitchen when we arrived was a nice touch.

We booked Oak Barn to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary with all the family. We were blessed with a long weekend of beautiful weather. In fact it was so nice that we ate nearly all our meals al fresco in the garden which was fully enclosed meaning that our two dogs could wander in and out of the house. Rosie thoughtfully messaged us when we arrived to give us pointers on how to keep the house cool. The Barn is spacious and spotlessly clean with quality bed linen, towels and toiletries provided. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The layout in the house is perfect for extended or multigenerational families. It’s situated in a quiet country lane but within a few minutes you can be in Wroxham and the coast within half an hour. There was an excellent house manual with lots of suggestions for things to do but the weather was so warm that we tended to stay fairly local. All in all this was one of the best properties we have stayed in.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Amazing find within 10 mins of the airport. Rachel was super lovely and communication was excellent. The accommodation was pristine and every possible need was met. Loved the stocked fridge and snacks available. Couldn’t have asked for more.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely perfect stay! We had an incredible time at Liz’s place. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was ideal close to shops, restaurants, etc. but still peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless; they were friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. We especially appreciated the cozy fireplace, the stocked kitchen, the stunning view, the comfy bed and the hot tub. This was easily one of our best Airbnb experiences and we’d love to stay again. Highly recommended!

Myself and 6 girlfriends stayed in the Attic Apartment at Lanwades Hall and it was absolutely perfect for us. We all got our own rooms which was absolutely ideal for our group and the number of bathrooms and toilet were spot on. Alex the host was absolutely fantastic throughout, responsive to all questions before we arrived and was so friendly and helpful whilst we were there too, nothing was too much and the complimentary Celebrations went down a treat! :-) We could not fault the location either, it was absolutely ideal as it's just a walk away from Kennett Station so we were easily able to do a day trip into Cambridge within 30 minutes. It's also just a 10 minute taxi into Newmarket where we went for a fantastic dinner at Unico followed by cocktails and a live singer at a fantastic bar called Gee Gee's. If you were going to the races then it would also be perfect. Thanks so much Alex for everything, we expect to return again.

My mum and I have just returned home from a long weekend staying in the Orford Studio and it was absolutely perfect. The accommodation is lovely - it is the perfect size, clean and cosy and has everything you could ever need. All the little touches and extra's made us feel at home straight away - we especially loved the underfloor heating and DVD's available! The check in and out is very quick and easy and Sasha made sure that we were all okay and had everything we need. We loved the site of the studio's; we went on some walks around the fields and loved waking up to the ducks in the morning. The location of the studio's is perfect - it's so close to all the neighbouring towns and places we wanted to visit and was a perfect place to stay. We had an absolutely amazing stay here and already want to return - I highly recommend! Thank you!

Four of us had a very pleasant stay at Lesley's place. Very cosy and well equipped and great location for us as we continued to walk the Icknield Way. The setting of the pub is very attractive and Lesley and her husband were very welcoming. Definitely recommend.
