What a VIEW. Very spacious, modern furniture and vibe, gym pool and spa access, lots of cool people to run into in the lobby, elevator, and pool. Loved our stay here.

this is a great place to stay when considering the one hotel. just pick up the access cards as you enter the building and those get you into the one hotel pool. it worked out really great for us and the room had a full kitchen.

My stay was amazing! The view was everything and it was so peaceful. I’ve been to Miami plenty of times and this was the first time I just stayed inside the apartment and sat on the balcony more than half the time. Maria is an amazing host! We did have trouble getting into the key box due to the buildings internet connection, but the host made the issue very minor and was helpful. She was one call away and immediately got someone to fix the issue and stayed on the phone with me until I got the keys and later checked up to make sure everything else was working good. Definitely would book again and recommend to others!!!

House is between Maule Lake and the main road. Access to everything is very easy, shops around and even walkable. Carparking is available. Beach is so close by car. House is spacy, cozy, comfortable, available and has everything as listed. Thank you Kay!

I had a lovely, peaceful, comfortable stay and Jason was very helpful when I couldn’t figure out the WiFi. The only downside was the pool was closed for renovations, but overall a great stay and super host. Thank you.

Michael is extremely responsive, no matter what time very helpful. A pleasure to communicate with My only downsides the carpet in the condo could truly use a deep cleaning. And there are small things that could definitely use some attention ie a fresh coat of paint, deep cleaning on the countertops and stove top. maybe a good one, deep cleaning from a professional company would definitely make this place shine. Outside of that, it's a very nice. Well, put together place. It is quiet. The neighbors are wonderful. I love that it's directly on the water. Waking up and enjoying my coffee outside was wonderful. Except for the fact, there is no patio furniture. So a couple of chairs added Would be a nice touch. But all in all, if I were to be asked if I would stay again, I would, and thank you again, michael. It was a pleasure staying at your place

Really enjoyed our stay - very spacious and great for a family. The pool table was a hit and our infant couldn’t get into too much trouble since it was not cluttered and they had a high chair available for us to use. Comfortable layout and convenient for errands without feeling like a busy area. Surrounding properties are also beautiful.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

The house is absolutely amazing! Great location, lots of space, beautiful outdoor space. Definitely will stay here again.

if you are coming to visit North Miami, Miami Beach this private Villa is perfect for a family trip to visit South Beach, the host was absolutely amazing The View was absolutely amazing if I could give it 10 Stars I would and I will definitely be staying again with my family we had a great Father's Day weekend thank you so much!

Olga was amazing and super responsive and accommodating. The location is fantastic. The beds were inanely comfortable. We would definitely rent here again. We have a one year old and the location was fantastic. Great restaurants close by and close to the airport Thanks Olga for a wonderful stay.

Great Hosts and great place to stay!! It was even better than the photos and the building itself had amazing employees apart from the host that made it easy to be there. I would definitely recommend this stay.

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

100% recomendado. La ubicación es excelente y el departamento muy cómodo. Lo único que deben mejorar es internet que tiene una velocidad demasiado lenta para estar en Miami. Los anfitriones son excelentes súper amables, y te ayudan en todo. Me olvide un cargador y se preocuparon para devolvérmelo lo antes posible y me lo alcanzaron al hotel donde estaba. Muy agradecido con ellos.

Ed y Elena nos atendieron muy bien. El apartamento es una chulada, justo delante de la torre Panorama, la más alta de Miami, y de un paseo marítimo frente a Biscayne Bay. Terraza genial, cocina equipada, y un Whole Foods muy cerca. Lavadora y secadora y circulaciones y layout del apartamento perfectos. Volveremos pronto!.

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

This place was amazing clean and had amazing views felt like I was home i didn’t want to leave I will definitely book again and again I enjoyed my stay host was really helpfully and responsive and a safe environment
