Great house we used as overflow from a retreat nearby. Beautiful backyard also.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect! Check in was so simple. The unit is exactly as described. We loved that there were two bunk beds so our teens could have their own beds and own bathroom. The unit had two balconies which was so nice. Excellent location to the beach, pools and restaurants. The staff at the beach and pool were so accommodating. Everyone is already talking about going back. The owner kept in communication with us just making sure we were all set. While everything was perfect, I appreciate them checking on us. 5 stars all around !! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This rental was *awesome*. The location was incredible, literally cross a street, pass the playground and you’re at the beach. Unit has beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys, and chairs/umbrella are available to rent at the beach too. Pool was lovely. 2 min walk to a “market” (think essentials like milk and eggs, but can’t grocery shop for a whole week) - Cubans cafe con leche was a lovely treat in the morning. The price for the value was one of the best I’ve had since starting to use Airbnb.

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

He was very responsive and proactive with exact instructions which made my check in, stay and check out all seamless . His property was clean and decorative and was also very comfortable. I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Miami, and I have to say, the place I stayed in was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I knew this apartment was something special. The panoramic views were absolutely breathtaking, offering an unobstructed view of both the ocean and the city skyline. Waking up every morning to that incredible sunrise over the water was truly magical. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of style and comfort. It was spacious, modern, and filled with light, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior was beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. The living room was cozy yet luxurious, and I spent hours just relaxing, taking in the incredible surroundings. The location was perfect too, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife.

My husband and I and our 10 year old daughter and 3.5 year old son came from LA and had the perfect family vacation here. Beautiful location, stunning views, easy and friendly valet and front desk host, plenty of beach and pool chairs - it was like being at a 5 star hotel without the noisy crowd. We instacarted groceries easily and the kitchen had everything you needed to make great coffee and breakfast in the mornings. Arlen Beach restaurant was right next door and delicious! We can see ourselves coming back for years and can’t wait until our youngest is a bit older and they can just go to the pool on their own! Thanks again for a great week!

Le was a great host! She went above and beyond throughout our whole trip. The condo is very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the direct access to the beach and the pool, as well as the many restaurants nearby. Le has thought about everything and provided everything needed for the beach and more. We will be sure to book this when we return to Miami!

Amazing view, great location, have lots of restaurants, grocery stores. Beach was very beautiful and right infront of the building. Amazing pool and amamenities! my family and I enjoyed this place and we will definitely be back! The host was very responsive, valet parking very friendly and efficient.

This beach condo is a top floor unit with a north and west view, and an amazing view of the ocean and Fort Lauderdale. We felt very comfortable and the unit was well equipped with most things you need. The kitchen has high end appliances that worked great. The building is very nice and we used the on-site restaurant and bar a couple times - very nice for a pool-side venue. Pretty easy access to the beach with chairs, umbrella, and towels all included. Just be prepared to buy or bring soap and shampoo, laundry detergent, and paper goods - the unit comes with just enough for a day or two but beyond that you’ll need to replenish on your own. Not a big deal with plenty of grocery stores just a few blocks away. Overall we thought it was a great value and even extended a couple days with no hassle. The host was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

This was such a great trip and this place was perfect for a family of 3. Super close to the beach. We felt safe and within walking distance to everything we wanted. We were even allowed an early check in! Would definitely stay here again!!

Awesome experience. Everything was clean, looked just like the listing description, and the perfect location to the beach. The place is also great if you are traveling with little ones because a pack n play and baby bath tub were available for use. I would definitely book again.

We had such a fantastic stay. Sheryl was very quick and helpful with her responses. The apartment had everything we needed. The AC was great (so important in southern Florida!), the master bedroom had a huge walk in closet and all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great place in North Miami Beach. Very family-friendly, even during spring break. Views from the balcony are amazing. Apartment well equipped. Would def go again!

Considering the hotel’s best days are well in the past, the room was nice. Better than booking a room through the hotel with all the same amentities, especially price wise. Will be staying here again when I come back.

Lovely tall ceilings with glass doors opening right up to a beautiful ocean view. It was perfect to have a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise each morning! Thanks for a great stay!
