Highly recommend! The unit is new and beautiful with stunning views and comfortable accommodations. The building is very nice, with 2 pools, a large hot tub, relaxing common areas, and friendly staff. Michael was quick to respond to all our questions.

I had a great stay at Lincoln Arms! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was a relaxing and convenient place to stay. I’d definitely come back!

Communication was very good, very quick answers and check in very easy. Are was more than flexible: My flight left in the evening and he offered me to stay as long as possible and even organized a place to leave lugguage and a possibility to take a shower-He frequently asked if everything was ok-perfect host, will definitively come back!

This condo was exactly what we saw in the photos! The condo was very clean and had an amazing smell. The VIEWS were incredible. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with walls of windows. You not only have an amazing beach views, you have incredible views of the city. You can see all the way to downtown and the cruise port! I highly recommend booking this place. Michael was an amazing host. He was very prompt to respond to my emails. The only thing I would recommend in the unit would be adding some curtains in the bedroom to block out some of the lights that come in from the cracks in between the shades. Other than that the unit was amazing and I am already looking to book again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It met my expectations, a very clean and organized condo. Its ocean view is incredible. The valet parking has excellent service, the pools are clean; we liked the one on the fifth floor. There are two beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay. There are also accessible restaurants nearby, and Publix is ​​nearby for your grocery shopping. Highly recommended.

What can I say? I can actually say a lot...OF GREAT THINGS about this place. This place in amazing and worth every penny of your stay. I have NO COMPLAINS whatsoever. The place was spotless, smelled beautiful and looked beautiful. There was even an gorgeous orchid waiting in the living room. In every single sense of the word this place was super spacious and had a lot of light, which I loved. This host even thought of laundry detergent and EVEN SALT, PEPPER and COOCKING OIL! I really did not have to be worried about anything but groceries. Kitchen is really nice too. Amenities were great and gym was ok based on being in a hotel. But the boardwalk and beach are there if you are adventurous for an hot outside run! The booking allows you to bring family and friends to visit and there is even a parking space included for your rental. The balcony was amazing for those nights in the house when you want to have a drink and feel the breeze. I will definitely come back to this host. Thank you!

This place was nice, big and beautiful. Very clean and neat. Was definitely enough room for the 6 of us. We were Near everything! The beach and ocean drive’s night life strip is a block over! I loved this place! Would definitely rent again and recommend. Thanks for having us Momen South Beach! It was a pleasure.

You really enjoy this thing in this nice and clean apartment. It had everything we needed for our babymoon vacation. Everything was great. The apartment was a sparkling clean. The pool and the gym were very nice and perfect. The fifth floor pool was great because we have a two year-old and he could walk in the water. They really enjoyed every second there the beach was fantastic and very beautiful. Although I wish the beach was a cleaner. We found some plastic glasses and some trash in the sand. We'll book this place for sure for our next Miami Beach vacation .

The view is spectacular. My only complain is there are no lights on the balcony. A small table light of some sort would be nice. It can get pretty pitch black is the moon isn’t out. The pools were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Valet parking was a bit annoying at times when they were very busy but we never had to wait too too long to get your vehicle. The guys work really hard so they are earning there tips for sure. I did wish the place had a safe to put your valuables in but overall. This place is extremely safe and was pretty quiet. Low key and close enough to South Beach to go for Dinner most nights.

Great place to stay. The host was proactive with having a crib and highchair ready when we got there. Everything was clean and the location was the best! Restaurants across the street and in walkable distances. We will definitely be coming back again!

New apartment and excellent interior design. -10-minute walkable distance to Walgreens and grocery stores -One nice restaurant on the first floor of a nearby hotel -Nice sofa on the balcony to enjoy the ocean view con: -While it's great to put your laptop on the side on a vacation, the wifi sometimes takes 1-2 seconds to refresh a Chrome web page. (mac book pro 14-inch)

Great for your budget, and it is close to everything. It is a hostil, so be aware that you will only have your own room if you have more than 6 guests.
