Holiday rentals with a patio in Mexico City

I stayed here for just one night, but it was a great experience. The space was unique and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed. The location in Polanco was perfect—walking distance to tons of amazing restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in CDMX.

El depa está súper bonito y súper limpio, regresaría sin duda. El estacionamiento es muy estrecho, pero si cabe una camioneta como la mía cx5 pero algo más grande no para que se tome en cuenta, pues vi que alguien comentó esto en su evaluación, si caben pero no Suburban o una muy larga, para que no dejen de reservar por esto, es un lugar muy lindo. Los guardias son amables.

I loved Cindy’s place! I lived in CDMX for 5 years, so I know the area well. Though the Airbnb is in a prime area for tourists with a lot of activity, it’s a quiet street and community. Elena was extremely helpful in walking me through everything at check-in. Cindy was very responsive and provided all the necessary details without me having to ask. All the basics are provided and the building is very secure with a 24h doorman. Great small cafe across the street that opens early if you happen to be an early riser. All of the restaurants and things to-do in Condesa and Roma are within a 30 min walk or 10 min uber ride. Though it’s a studio, the layout and furniture are well placed and there’s plenty of space for two people (or one with a lot of luggage). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a conveniently located, spotless but comfy airbnb!

I enjoy did Airbnb a lot. The private balcony was great. As it’s in the last floor, it gets hot, but there’s an Ac for that. The bed / shower and place to work was perfect for my 3 days in CDMX.

This was the perfect apartment for our recent girls trip to CDMX! The apartment was bright thanks to the many floor to ceiling windows, the beds were comfortable, and the layout was great for two friends traveling together. We absolutely loved the location! There’s so much to do in the immediate area surrounding the apartment but the rest of Mexico City was very accessible from this location. The hosts were extremely responsive, they responded immediately when I couldn’t figure out the front door on check in (it’s easy to use once you know how to work it and we didn’t have an issue with it again). We’re already planning our next trip to Mexico City and would definitely book here again!

Oscars apartment was great in the most safe environment in CDMX with lots do too. Gym and balcony areas was a plus. Only thing I would have wanted was to have some type of AC, but he was very helpful with opening windows instructions. Definitely cooled the place off. Very nice views in the mornings and nights!

Place is wonderful. Location - top notch. Roof deck - amazing! Hosts - very responsive. Space - plenty.

Everything was perfect💯 I have stayed at many airbnbs but the level of communication and attention to detail was next level here. They accommodated all our needs and requests. And the stars of the show were Elvis and her sister who made sure every request was met. Worth every penny and more to be in this lovely quiet safe neighborhood. This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

We had the most incredible stay here! Location is incredibly walkable with SOOO many restaurants and shops nearby. The place felt very safe and secure and so peaceful with the courtyard garden views and singing birds. Place is bigger than pictured- a great option for those that would like to have their own space and privacy. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Our stay was awesome! I love the home layout as each bedroom along with its full bathroom were on their own level. The kitchen and living room areas were wonderful and the furniture made it feel special. The host, Santiago, was very responsive and extremely accommodating to our requests. We enjoyed our stay and it is a place we would love to come back and stay at again!

A very comfortable stay! The private rooftop terrace was a highlight and the space had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and checked in throughout to ensure we had everything we needed.

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations -10x nicer and spacious in person, photos did not do it justice. My friend and I were extremely pleased with the speediness of Jimena’s responses, the thought to all details in the Airbnb, and wonderful door service by Diego. The apt smells lovely and clean, very walkable to lots of cute coffee shops, and safe. 100% recommend and would stay here again!

Such an amazing stay! Fantastic location, Judit was very responsive and allowed us to check in an hour earlier. She knew we needed lockers for checkout and was extremely proactive and letting us know. The place was near all the restaurants and bars we wanted to checkout and in a safe neighborhood. Space was just like photos and very clean!

Excelente airbnb como descrito en las fotos en el corazón de Polanco! Excelente localización para dirigirse a los principales puntos de interés ya sea caminando, en bici, en Uber. El apartamento impecable con justo lo necesario en un apartamento con seguridad privada las 24 horas lo que nos hizo sentir muy seguros Gaby siempre fue una host súper amable y nos ayudó en lo que ocupamos y siempre estuvo atenta, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería !

We had a wonderful stay for a girls trip! Andrea and her team were so helpful with check in and recommendations, the space is beautiful and so enjoyable to be in. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.

We loved our stay at Alison’s place. This is the perfect apartment to feel like a local in Condessa. Located right on the park, it’s convenient to many great shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, beautiful, and had everything we needed. There is also a Walmart grocery store steps away to grab essentials. I stayed here for a week with my family (3 couples) and we loved coming back from being out in the city to sit by the big open windows and lounge in the hammock. Alison was super responsive and helpful and we appreciated all of her local recommendations.

Fantastic! Highlights: Super easy check-in with a 24/7 front doorman. This made things feel safe and accessible regardless of arrival time. Fantastic (and quiet!) space for a family with two young kids. Patio was a wonderful respite from fumes and sounds. Full kitchen and laundry were much more valuable than we expected when we got stuck in the rain. Responsive host and in a great location. Thank you so much!

3rd or 4th time staying here. The apartment is cute, clean, great amenities, well lit, fast internet, hot water, great location and the hosts are super nice and responsive.

We had an amazing stay at Nicolas's place to celebrate my birthday! The view was amazing, the vibes inside were perfect and the neighbourhood was so fun to explore. Would recommend to anyone stay there. There was no AC so it got a little warm on the lower floor sometimes, but that could be fixed with a couple more fans available.
