Nice comfortable house with lots of space for us four to chill out for a few days. Having to find parking space for our car was difficult but we managed between side streets and paid carparking which added to the cost of our stay. Overall we were very happy with the house. Thku.

We had a wonderful stay for two nights. Good location, everything at a good distance. Opposite the apartment, there is a good bakery and other necessities. Parking space in front of the door. The apartment was nice, spacious and bright! Also a nice terrace to sit on in good weather.

Very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and well-equipped accommodation. Ideally located to enjoy the joys of the lakes of the Eau d'Heure. Quiet neighborhood. The plus: possibility of renting bed linen and towels.

Roald is a friendly and super welcoming host (he makes the effort to speak French). Superb family rental with all the essentials for a good stay. The sauna and Wii are a plus to occupy young and old. Well located for enjoying the city.

Great impromptu stay. Impeccable, simple and warm accommodation. Very suitable for children. Fresh eggs and pets are a major asset, especially with children. The sauna and games area is another. Lots to discover in the area at +or- 1h. Host recommendations are top notch. We would recommend.

Accommodation located in the center, as advertised. The patio is pleasant on sunny days and secure for bicycles.

For a first BnB experience, I was not disappointed at all. Sergio is a friendly, smiling host, always at your disposal and with whom you could talk to for hours. The apartment is clean, close to shops and in a very quiet area of the city. The only small shadow on the board (but which is totally independent from Sergio) is the hardship of opening the locks. We can sometimes spend several minutes there before being able to open one of the 2 mandatory doors to access his home. It is urgent that the building owner intervenes. With that, I have a beer to drink with Sergio soon

I had a great stay thanks to this beautiful accommodation ideally located alone small downside parking is difficult because there are many paid parking areas and the areas are very poorly indicated. Guy and his wife are very relaxed and nice people. We felt welcome immediately upon greeting. There is a railway line and a busy road nearby, but due to the location of the house you do not hear anything from it: it is a small oasis of peace. Supermarkets are within walking distance, and all the beauty of the region is within easy reach. We came home completely rested.
