Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Metropolitan City of Palermo

Loredana was very responsive to all of my questions before arrival and thank you to Claudio for meeting me at the train station and showing me around their nice home. The kitchen is stocked and I happily cooked and ate many meals at the dining table or on the balcony looking out at the beautiful vista view of hills and sea and the church. Only a 15 minute walk to the train and a few minutes to shops and stores makes this a great location to explore both Terese Imerese and surrounding areas like Cefalu and Agrigento. Quiet nights, comfortable bed with lovely Italian bedspread and cozy sheets and pillowcases, beautiful wooden furniture and ceilings, a lovely shower with bath all add to the extra level of comfort in this warm, inviting home. Thank you Loredana and Claudio for making my stay so special.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Salvatore! Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sie lag nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt – perfekt gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, obwohl sich eine Hauptstraße in der Nähe befindet. Wir haben uns dort jederzeit sicher und wohl gefühlt. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Daniela, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Sie hatte sogar den Kühlschrank mit ein paar grundlegenden Lebensmitteln für uns gefüllt – eine wirklich schöne Geste, die unseren Start noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch der frühe Check-in und der spätere Check-out waren problemlos möglich – sehr entgegenkommend und entspannt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank an Daniela, Salvatore und das gesamte Team!

This is a lovely spot well up in the hills outside of Cefalu. The views from the terrace are fantastic, the air is fresh, the local village has many nice small restaurants, as well as a little grocery store. If you want to go to Cefalu, it is a very short drive. But you are far away from all the overly frantic high-season tourist nonsense. Enjoy the outdoors shower! There is plenty of hot water and it is an experience you will want to repeat every day.

This property is beautiful- incredible pool, very spacious for our large group with en suites and extra bathrooms, and great indoor and outdoor living areas. We had Francesca come and cook for us the night we arrived which was a game changer after a long travel day- incredible food and so relaxing and easy! Antonio is also extremely responsive to all our questions and so kind and friendly. There are some beaches near by that are really nice (10 min away max) and it’s 45 min to either Palermo or Cefalù so relatively easy to get to either.

100/10 the house was so beautiful and looked just like the photos. The pool was clean and amazing with rafts and a diving board. Air conditioning inside the house, beautiful garden and lots of outside space to sit and enjoy. Emanuele was super responsive and helpful every time we needed anything. His father and mother met us at the house for check in and were super lovely!! They set up a surprise of snacks and treats and made us feel like family. They also gave us some local recommendations and had waters and coffee at the house. Everything you need is right at the house and the grocery store is 5 minute drive away.

In one word: fantastic! The house is charming and spacious and with everything you need. The location and environment are beautiful. Anne and Ferdinando are among the best hosts we’ve experienced, and just really kind and cool people on top of that. The animal neighbors, the stunning natural area with lots of hiking options, the villages nearby and much more all made this a stay we’ll not forget. 10 out of 10

Its a cozy place to relax and enjoy. it is highly recommenden to have a car otherwise you cant reach anything closed by. The description and pictures are as shown. We loved it and would book it defenitly again

We zijn heel fijn welkom geheten met heerlijke olijven, kaasjes en brood. Het huisje was super schoon. Ook de keuken was goed uitgerust met o.a. koffie, olijfolie, kruiden.. Erg leuk de artistieke details die in en om het huis te vinden waren. Kortom: aanrader!

The Adil’s apartment is like on the photos. The two principal rooms are big. One with 3 beds and the other one with 2 beds. The third room don’t have windows and a double bed. The kitchen is small, but enough for preparing a quick lunch or a breakfast. It is really near Central Station, so it’s very easy to arrive by train from the airport. Adil answers you quickly when you have questions and always try to help you.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Roberta‘s Wohnung sehr gut gefallen: Luigi hat uns den Check-in sehr flexibel ermöglicht und auch beim Parken unseres Autos sehr pragmatisch geholfen. Roberta‘s Wohnung ist wunderschön: alles ist gut durchdacht und hochwertig ausgestattet. Gleichzeitig war alles gemütlich und wohnlich. Sehr, sehr schön! Wir hatten gebucht, ohne uns in Palermo auszukennen und dort festgestellt, daß die Wohnung sehr günstig liegt, um Tagestouren in die Stadt zu unternehmen: Bus 101 und 102 halten vor der Haustür und brauchen etwa 15 min bis ins Zentrum der Altstadt. Das Haus liegt zentral in einer sehr schönen Wohngegend: Restaurants und Supermärkte sind direkt in der Umgebung. Luigi hat uns auch den Check-out wieder sehr flexibel ermöglicht, nochmal ganz herzlichen Dank hierfür. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Roberta‘s Wohnung und Palermo sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!!

This villa is heavenly! There is so much space and comfort – different areas for relaxing at various times of day, places for privacy and for socializing, being outdoors or inside. The beds are very comfy with fresh linen and towels, and there is plenty of hot water in the showers. The garden is very nicely curated near the house - with several seating areas, two hammocks and an outside dining area - and more informal elsewhere. There is an upward sloping driveway, and it’s uphill from town, but very close too. The hosts are very responsive and extremely helpful. We were thoroughly delighted with our stay!

Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit bei Cristina! Die Kommunikation mit ihr und ihrer Familie lief gut, und das AirBnB war wie beschrieben. Insbesondere das private Sea Gate war toll, da es an den umliegenden Stränden (z.B. Mondello) sehr voll war. Man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass es etwas außerhalb von Palermo ist und die Busse am Wochenende nicht regelmäßig fahren. Ich würde definitiv wieder herkommen!

Le logement est parfait pour plusieurs jours. Nous sommes restés une semaine et nous avons adorés. La petite terrasse est simplement adorable. Tout était propre et confortable. Nous nous sommes virés sentis à l’aise:) Freddy est un hôte très aimable et serviable. Il s’est offert pour monter et descendre nos valises, il s’est occupé d’appeler notre taxi et nous a donné des recommandations utiles afin d’améliorer notre séjour. Je vous recommande 1000%

Fernando's flat was big and clean. We spent a lovely week there. The location is right in the market area, and free parking is about a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here

Such a cute and quiet place to get away from the city just what we needed! Tania was so nice and we were able to hang out in the garden, pick the fig trees, have eggs from her chickens! Just incredible experience!

We loved our stay. Amazing view from the large balcony and in a really good area of town. The Airbnb was well equipped and even though it was in a very central location it was quiet at night. Antonio was a great host and super responsive. If we were in Palermo again, we’d happily stay here.

What a dream place! We had the most amazing vacation in the villa. We stayed at the home with 6 adults and 2 young children (1,5). The master bedroom is almost like a small apartment in its self. There is a room on the ground floor which was perfect for my parents in law who are less mobile. The place is spacious and beautiful. The garden is amazing with the private swimming pool and tennis court. We played tennis every day. The location is also very nice, walking distance from both the beach and the town. We would highly recommend to stay at this place! One of our best vacations ever!

Rosellina’s property is truly magical! I cannot say enough positive things about it. Rosellina and her husband are absolutely wonderful and we were welcomed with a delicious lunch and thoughtful treats and touches. This is such a loved and authentic home in one of the most breathtaking locations. We spent a lot of time swimming and snorkelling. The neighbours are their relatives and very friendly and welcoming. It was delightful. It is true that pictures simply can’t do it justice. They have everything you will need and it is was very well-kept, clean, and organised. The mosquitos in Sicily are not to be underestimated! They supply everything you will need though which was very considerate. There are stairs down to the house which was not an issue for us at all and nice because you don’t get any road noise. Parking is off the main road so you’ll need to get comfortable with Sicilian driving! It is more than worth it. You will be lucky if you can be Rosellina’s guests!

We had the most splendid 6 days at this beautiful villa. The views were beautiful and the area was very peaceful. The villa was exceptionally equipped, allowing us to cook, bbq etc. We slept really well and have come away refreshed and relaxed from our lovely stay. You will need a car, but this allowed us to take a trip to Agrigento and multiple visits to Cefalu. Anna and her husband were extremely kind and friendly.

Olesia’s property was STUNNING - the photos don’t do it justice!! So spacious and well equipped, just a wonderful experience. It’s a 45 min walk in to Cefalu and pretty steep back but we had a hire car so no issues, just something to bear in mind. We had my 1 year old son with us and it’s not the most child friendly property (located on a steep hill, which is great for views but not for toddlers!!) but we absolutely loved our stay and I would definitely recommend.

Very new and nice place. Can fit a lot of people and has a pretty pool and views. We came with 5 people and had lots of space. Great patios and balconies overlooking views and nice seating throughout the house. Easy to get in and out with keys and a nice pizza place just opened up a 2 minute walk from the house. Would recommend staying here. The host also helped find pizza delivery, and a taxi for us when needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Cleo Villa Siciliana. Maria made us feel welcomed throughout our stay and catered for all our needs. The shared guide proved very helpful in selecting our itinerary and we were grateful for the additional tips on highlights at our chosen destinations. The Villa is fabulous and has lovely features for a family to enjoy. The location is perfect for exploring the Northwest of the island and we had some great days out with a lot of variety. The views from the garden and poolside are superb and the sunsets are stunning through the west facing window. The children enjoyed catering for the cats and the arrival of the 4 kittens on day 3 an added bonus. The fireworks visible after sunset from the Baglio Rakali(Banqueting Hall) added to our great stay. We felt so at home and relaxed we managed to forget a couple of items when we left. Perhaps in preparation for our next visit!

The view, the space inside and out. Impeccable. Angelo was a great host and provided all the comforts our family needed for a relaxing holiday. Despite the rough road in, the destination is worth the adventure. We highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a more remote peaceful stay yet close enough to a beautiful beach town like Cefalu for day trips and date nights. But if you decide to stay in. You won’t be disappointed.

Eine wundeschöne und saubere Villa mit einer märchenhaften Ausblick. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es gibt restaurant in der Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fünf Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Maria Grazia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Alles was man braucht für einen super Urlaub. Danke.
