Casa Costanza - Cosy and bright apartment in the center of Palermo

Casa Costanza is located in the heart of the city, in an area well-served by public transportation and services. The quiet, cozy apartment consists of a double bedroom (with the possibility of an additional single bed), a bathroom with large shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. We offer courtesy toiletries (shampoo shower) and breakfast. The apartment is equipped with free ultra-fast wifi and is fully air-conditioned. We have a crib, small bathtub, changing table, and high chair. (Upon request) An additional single bed is available upon request The apartment is equipped with free ultra-fast fiber wifi. The bathroom has a hair dryer and a convector heater for air heating. The rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioners, 32" led SMART TVs, and LAN sockets. The kitchen/living room is well equipped: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker; tea/herbal tea infuser and all the necessary cooking accessories. The bright living room kitchen with a sofa overlooks a small balcony. The apartment is on the seventh floor of a building of architectural importance. On the landing is our other apartment, "CASA MANFREDI." Stepping through the entrance to the house, you find yourself in a small hallway, from which you can access the bathroom, the bedrooms, and the living room/kitchen with a balcony. We are at your disposal for the entire duration of your stay. You can contact us on our phone numbers or via chat at any time for any needs! Casa Costanza is located near Via libertà (the main street in Palermo) and Politeama Garibaldi. The quiet, safe neighborhood is full of restaurants, pubs, wine bars, and shops, and is one of the largest shopping centers in the city. Within comfortable walking distance are all the major monuments in the old town. The apartment is in a strategic location due to its proximity to the Naval Port and to the bus stop to and from Falcone and Borsellino airport. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the terminus for Palermo's Falcone and Borsellino airport and Birgi (TP) airport. Frequent buses connect the neighborhood to the rest of the city, especially the train and bus stations. A direct bus connects Via Libertà with the beaches of Mondello.

The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

A very quite area. With great parking. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything. The neighborhood is also very nice. If you like it a little more bustling, this is the place to be. Supermarkets are nearby. The highway is nearby too. With a rental car, you can reach everything perfectly. Also, a very good connection with the public transportation is possible.

The price was very affordable, the village was quiet, not a noise at night, essential amenities a short walk from the accommodation, 15 minutes from Cefalù, lovely sea area, well organized apartment, very clean, all in its place excellent wifi, friendly and helpful host.

Casa dei Mori is a lovely home with beautiful furnishings, and all the amenities . Clean and comfortable. It is in a great location. Very walkable to many restaurants and the sea side. Would not hesitate to stay there again!
