Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Metropolitan City of Milan

The apartment was as described and shared in the pictures. Everything was clean and tidy! Me and my friend loved staying there, and we felt entirely safe. The host also left us a guide with public transportation, restaurants, activities and more to do in Milan. Needless to say i definitely recommend it! It’s also only 5 minutes to reach the metro by walking, so it was easy to navigate the city.

It was close to the bus and train station, however far from the city center (30 minutes by train). The check-in by Julia’s mother was very smoth even though she don’t speak English. Lots of snacks, Nespresso coffees pods and toiletries available. As our flight was scheduled for 20:30pm we asked for a late check-out and Julia’s mother was very kind and allowed us to stay a few hours more than the regular check-out. Overall a very nice experience and definitely recommend it. If I ever come back to Milan, I’ll book this again.

This was our 3rd stay at this superb apartment. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Milan. It's fantastically located in the heart of the city, near public transport and equipped with everything you need. Angela is super quick to respond to any query or problem, and after 3 stays here we feel like a friend! Thanks again for a wonderful 3 days in Milan to finish our European trip!

The apartment is very well-located, easy to access and close to the centre as well as train/subway. Niccolo was very responsive and explained things clearly, his recommendations were great and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Incredible host. We were able to drop our bags off early to start exploring the city which massively helped. Great location with easy access to the metro links, while still being in walking distance to restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Great space, and easy access!

Asia is very responsive and easy to communicate with via Airbnb. The location is very good, in a quiet area but only a 15-minute walk or so to the Duomo and most of the major sights. The bed is very comfortable. We appreciated that she left some tea and coffee as well as basics like salt and pepper, oil and vinegar. Upon arrival the apartment was missing a bathmat as well as bath soap and shampoo, but she had them dropped off very quickly so it was not a problem at all. Asia clearly cares about ensuring that her guests have a great experience.

We absolutely loved our stay! The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. The space is bright and beautifully designed, with great natural light. The neighborhood felt very safe, with secure key access to the building. It was also wonderfully quiet. Another highlight: the location is super convenient—everything is within walking distance.

This is a great place to post up when you are in Milan. It’s very close to the metro and the central train station. The apartment is beautiful and very well appointed. I appreciated the touches - like leaving coffee etc to make our stay easier! Also, for summer visits, the place has AC, which I surely appreciated given that it was 30C when we were there.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

Tutto come da descrizione. Luca è molto preciso e tempestivo nel rispondere. Buona posizione con a 20 metri una Coop. Ultimissima per spesa e altro. Casa graziosa e ben tenuta. Tutti i servizi indicati erano presenti.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Francesco una persona muy cálida, desde el principio nos hizo sentir como en casa. En cuanto al alojamiento, todo impecable, super equipado y cómodo para nuestra familia de 5 personas. Definitivamente lo recomendaría!

Nos hospedamos 3 noches en el departamento y todo estuvo bien! La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos metros de una estación de metro, barrio tranquilo. El depto es chico pero para 1/2 personas está perfecto. Enrica siempre estuvo muy atenta y amable, lo recomendamos!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in einem privaten Wohnviertel. Die Metro Station ist etwa 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen ohne umsteigen ist es in 15 min möglich das Zentrum zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Bars und auch Restaurants die zum verweilen einladen. Die Unterkunft war toll, sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Auto konnten wir in der vorhanden Tiefgarage in einer der Garagen sicher abstellen. Unser Trip war perfekt! Danke an die Vermieter.

Enorm fijn en schoon appartement in een fijne omgeving, fijn restaurant gevonden en hadden snel een Uber naar het centrum van Milaan , de aankomst was fijn en de instructies waren duidelijk kon de auto veilig parkeren en we kregen hele goede tips over leuke eettentjes in de buurt , enorm bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en we komen zeker nog een keer terug .

The apartment was really nice and comfortable

A quiet two bedroom situated right off the metro- super well-situated and easy to navigate the entire city. It was walkable to the Navigli and I felt like a real local. The apartment was accessible on the ground floor with clear instructions for check-in. The mechanical window shutters go down for extra privacy and security at night, which was much appreciated (though Americans might find it gets a little warm at night without air conditioning😅). Overall, an amazing stay in a well-decorated, art-centric comfortable apartment :) I will love to be back soon!

This was one of our favorite places to stay in! It was incredibly close to the metro but also walkable to many different areas. It was so nice and clean & we loved all the space we had! It had everything you could ever ask for as well as recommendations for what to do in Milan. Overall, we enjoyed it so much and hope to stay here again in the future!

사진으로 보이는 것보다 집이 더 넓게 느껴졌고 발코니도 있어서 아주 편안했습니다. 침구도 깨끗했고 욕실도 아주 청결했어요. 주방 도구들도 매우 깔끔하게 관리되어 있어 저는 요리를 하진 않았지만 요리하고 싶은 여행객들에게도 안성맞춤일 것 같아요! 또 세탁기(+세제)와 건조기가 마련되어 있어 여행을 마무리하는데 안성맞춤이었습니다. 다만 처음 사용해보아 작동시키는데 조금 어려움이 있어서 설명서 같은 것이 있으면 도움이 될 것 같아요. 첸트랄레 근처 호텔들이 가격대비 컨디션이 좋지 않다고 느꼈는데, 그에 비해 훨씬 넓은 방에서 적당한 가격에 묵을 수 있어 만족했습니다! 단점은 방음이 완전히 되지 않아 옆집에서 파티를 하는 소리가 잘 들렸습니다.

We loved staying at Paola’s while in Milan! It was close to public transportation which was important to us. There were several great spots around the apartment as well. Paola’s outdoor space is wonderful and we loved having a glass of wine there at the end of the day. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.
