Townhome holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Milan

I really loved my stay at Mirko place. Both him and Elsa his wife were really kind. The location was great with great restaurants around. If your looking to a peaceful place to stay and enjoy the swimming pool i really recommend you the stay. Mirko cooked for us a simple but really good dish on the first evening with very generous quantity of wine. However if your looking for five stars hotels experience with full privacy this place might not be for you.

We had a really great time, the house is cozy and clean, in a very convenient location. Luisa and her husband were very kind and super helpful for anything, really attentive and friendly hosts. I absolutely recommend this place, we will definitely be back!

It's nice stylish apartment. Clean, quiet and very private. There are plenty of safe parking spaces. And the most importantly - Paolo and his family is the great host, who are ready to help at any time and in the same time preserve your privacy. I spent very pleasant time here.

The hosts are always ready to help and willingly answered the questions asked, e.g. about help in transport to the airport. The apartment is very well prepared. This is our first time at Jacopo's. We were pleasantly accommodated - snacks, access to tea and coffee were waiting for us. Washing items were available for use in the bathroom. The distance from the center is quite large, but the communication is close, and especially the tram where you can get to the metro of various lines and to the Duomo cathedral itself. Everything worked great, and on hot days the air conditioning was very useful. The perfect place to spend the night while visiting Milan. I highly recommend Jacopo and his wife!

We had a great stay. And whenever there was an issue host was very helpful and quick to act. We accidentally locked ourselves out and within 15 minutes she sent someone to unlock the doors and help us back in. Fantastic place to stay would highly recommend as place is located in a 5 minute walk of the metro so centre of city was easy to get to.

There is so much positive to say about this experience. Giulia and Paolo were fantastic hosts. My family of five stayed here when traveling from the US for Taylor Swift. Giulia was very responsive, with great recommendations for local eats. We loved that the home felt very safe, secure, and secluded, yet walking distance to dozens of restaurants, and a groceries store that was quaint, yet provided all the essentials. I tend to not sleep well in dusty environments due to breathing complications. No issues with that in this sterile home. The house was very clean. I felt the home was a fantastic value. Can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Giulia and Paolo for your hospitality.

Very nice host, promptly responsive and friendly. Great neighborhood in a quiet, shady street but very close to the tram line and restaurants and cafes nearby. Convenient transportation to Duomo. Old but charming townhouse with very beautiful tiled floors and decor. Washer and Dryer in the house was convenient. In hot summer weather AC helps a bit - but otherwise an Excellent Place to stay. We had a great time at Ele’s place! The cozy townhouse has everything you need and is especially perfect for groups of up to 6 people, thanks to the three bathrooms and large dining table. Ele was very helpful and made our stay in Milan truly enjoyable. Thank you so much, Ele!

We felt very comfortable with Gio and Gian. Everything was exactly as in the pictures – neat, clean and with plenty of space. You really have everything you need, and we didn't miss anything. Milan is easily accessible by public transport, the journey takes about an hour and a half, but it is easy to get around. Overall, a very pleasant accommodation, in which we felt completely comfortable. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality!
