Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Milan

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Great location, near public transport. A lot of good restaurants near by. Very clean and nice apartment. Aircondition was very efficient 🙂

Estancia con lo necesario para estar varios días en Milán ya que además de lo limpio, bien ubicado, también la cocineta y la lavadora te permite estar realmente como en casa. Espero que nuevamente podamos ir a Milan y rentar su departamento de Mario

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Die Lage ist perfekt – viele Hotspots, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich direkt in der Nähe. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es durch den ruhigen Innenhof angenehm still – fast so, als wäre man der Innenstadt entflohen. Das Haus war super sauber und gepflegt, und der Kontakt mit dem Ginevra verlief absolut reibungslos. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen! :)

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans le logement de Flavia. Le parking fermé est vraiment très appréciable et facile à trouver. Le logement correspond aux photos et il est très propre avec beaucoup de petites attentions. Le seul point négatif est le bruit dans la rue.

We enjoyed staying here during our time in Milan. It was very close to lots of good restaurants and lots of stores to go shopping!

Nos hospedamos 3 noches en el departamento y todo estuvo bien! La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos metros de una estación de metro, barrio tranquilo. El depto es chico pero para 1/2 personas está perfecto. Enrica siempre estuvo muy atenta y amable, lo recomendamos!

Great base for Milano. The space is bigger than the photos give it credit for. The neighbourhood is lively with great food and bars. Mariuccia was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Appreciated the hospitality and will be staying next time we are in Milano.

Very bright and beautiful apartment, the neighborhood is extremely nice and quiet, away from any crowds. There is a tram nearby which is convenient, there are good restaurants, not that touristy. However, there are some things though that I would keep in mind, not necessarily bad ones, rather of practical value: - there are mostly italian sockets, if you need a Shucko socket there is only one and for me it was very hard to do my hair with my Dyson because I couldn’t see myself in the mirror (there is no mirror near the shower). - the lack of mirrors with a good light: I always put on make-up and it was hard to find a good spot… the bathroom mirror was too far away and I couldn’t be precise and the bedroom mirror was half in light, half in darkness. 🤣 - also the light is not great in the apartment during the night: I had to read and study at nighttime and used the kitchen table, but I really struggled with the visibility, I even brought one of the bedside lamps

We stayed a few days. Lovely place near restaurants and coffee shops. A few minutes walk to the Metro. Highly recommended

Fabios place the perfect place to get to Milan Central station. It was not more then 3 minutes walking. The place was clean, comfy and just everything in it that you need. Fabio was very kind and a pleasure to meet. We would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Francescos Apptm ist zwar klein aber erstklassig renoviert und mit vielen Details voll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich mitten in der Altsstadt. Zu Fuß sind es nur 10min zum Dom, zur Einkaufsgalerie Emanuele Vittori oder zur Mailänder Scala. In der Wohnung, die blitzsauber war, gab Kaffeekapseln für einen kleinen Kaffeeautomaten, ein paar Kekse und - ganz ungewöhnlich - eine Flasche Prosecco - als Begrüßung (!). Wir haben schon sehr oft über Air BnB Appartments gemietet.... noch nie sind wir von einem Gastgbeer PERSÖNLICH begrüßt und verabschiedet worden. Francesco war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, hat uns viele nützliche Tips gegeben, wo man abends Essen gehen kann etc. Auch wichtig: das Apptmt hatte eine gute Klimanalage, die wir auch benötigt haben, denn Mailand war in diesen Tagen sehr heiss. Wer die Top-Sights der Mailänder Altstadt zu Fuß erkunden möchte, ist mit diesem Apptm und mit diesem Gastgeber genau richtig. Als Bewertung eine ganz eindeutige 1A.

Very modern and well furnished. Although very close to the main road and the tram stop, it was very quiet and felt very secure. We didn’t use any cooking or laundry facilities but everything was available if needed. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated with the high temperatures during our visit.

Asia is very responsive and easy to communicate with via Airbnb. The location is very good, in a quiet area but only a 15-minute walk or so to the Duomo and most of the major sights. The bed is very comfortable. We appreciated that she left some tea and coffee as well as basics like salt and pepper, oil and vinegar. Upon arrival the apartment was missing a bathmat as well as bath soap and shampoo, but she had them dropped off very quickly so it was not a problem at all. Asia clearly cares about ensuring that her guests have a great experience.

Tutto benissimo, con Luca è stato facile comunicare ed è molto disponibile, l’appartamento è molto bello e in una posizione estremamente comoda

Enorm fijn en schoon appartement in een fijne omgeving, fijn restaurant gevonden en hadden snel een Uber naar het centrum van Milaan , de aankomst was fijn en de instructies waren duidelijk kon de auto veilig parkeren en we kregen hele goede tips over leuke eettentjes in de buurt , enorm bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en we komen zeker nog een keer terug .

Beautiful apartment, great area for bars/ restaurants and easy access to Metro. From start to finish Francesca was super helpful, super response with great recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

What an awesome Airbnb! Federico was an amazing host, allowing us to leave our bags much earlier than check in time and was extremely helpful throughout the duration of our stay. The location is close to everything via a quick train ride with the M1. Thank you Federico!

Perfect place to stay. Just outside busy tourism center, lots of nice restaurants and stores in area, very quiet. The place itself is lovely, immaculate, and there are excellent instructions for every appliance. Host is very responsive, there’s simply no downside to this apartment. A lovely place to stay.

Amazing place for those who value slow life, executive design and attention to the details. Great area with dozens of fine bars and restaurants. Home equipped with all necessary facilities. Highly recommend and already thinking of coming back!
