Die Unterkunft war wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wundervoll! Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und warmherzig und der Empfang durch deren Vater sehr herzlich. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass Sonnenschirme vorhanden waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig. Eine Spülmaschine und eine Dusche im zweiten Badezimmer wären noch super. Der Supermarkt und ein Cafe sind fußläufig erreichbar, das haben wir sehr genossen.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the year, and these were by far the most lovely I’ve ever interacted with! The property is beautiful. We came in October so it was more quiet than during the summer, but the beach was wonderful and very closely positioned to old town Monopoli (though not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for). The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we did) and the patio is spectacular looking at the Adriatic (we ate all of our meals there). The hosts provided tons of recommendations and I’d recommend to anyone!!

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e vicinissimo sia ad una spiaggia libera molto ampia, sia ad una spiaggia privata ben attrezzata. Comunicazione con la host efficientissima e sempre puntuale e veloce. La posizione permette di arrivare al paese a piedi in pochi minuti e il parcheggio riservato è utilissimo, specialmente nel periodo di maggiore affluenza turistica. Consiglio la struttura

our stay was short but we enjoyed it. Enzo was very responsive and helpful with directions, where to park, and great beaches to see. extra attention to his guests with little touches that make for an amazing host. thank you!!. was a nice first introduction to Italy for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Logement très propre et accueillant, avec une belle cour intérieure à notre disposition et bien agencée. Notre hôte a toujours été disponible et réactive à nos demandes particulières.

Nous avons passé un super sejour à Torre Cane. le logement est petit mais très bien situé et équipé de tout ce qu'il faut pour faciliter le séjour. le voisinage est adorable!! Nous recommandons ce logement et espérons y revenir un jour!!

We had an amazing stay! Immaculately clean, great central location. Hosts were super clear, responsive and communicative, gave great recommendations. Only flag is that because this is right over looking the main square in old town, it was quite lively at night (even during week days), so worth packing a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper. It was what we were looking for though & would stay again.

Location meravigliosa e host fantastici. Il posto è in una zona strategica a due passi da luoghi stupendi, raccomandato.

Super Unterkunft. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Alles sauber, neu, gut klimatisiert, wunderschöner Pool. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Auch ein Check-in um 24 Uhr war kein Problem! Einfache Kommunikation. Ein Auto ist notwendig, wenn man diese Unterkunft mietet.

Wir haben uns auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Sitzplatz wie auch der Pool ist super zum entspannen, der Strand in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche ist perfekt ausgerüstet. Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Anwesen hat drei Wohnungen, würde sich auch für mehrere Familien/Parteien eignen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Everything was great! Location was perfect and the space was lovely. Hard to beat the private pool!

Super séjour en famille et avec notre compagnon à 4 pattes (accueilli comme une reine dans cette belle région des pouille.) Terrain sécurisé pour votre animal de compagnie . Emidio le propriétaire de la villa minetta est très agréable et humain , du début jusqu'à à la fin de notre séjour il à été à l'écoute, réactif et de bon conseilles . Merci pour l'adresse de ce super restaurant 😊 Petites attentions appréciables à notre arrivé . Collations et eau fraîche dans le frigo . La maison est agréable et tous confort, la piscine est top et une belle plage à quelques pas où nous avons passé de bon moments . Je recommande vivement cette jolie villa si vous êtes de passage dans les pouilles Nous reviendrons avec plaisirs pour notre prochain voyage . We recently had the pleasure of staying at Giuseppe’s villa near Polignano a Mare, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Giuseppe and his wife welcomed us with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The villa itself is stunning, combining modern comforts with beautiful Italian architecture. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy meals together. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and provided a peaceful haven for a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The terrace and pool area were fantastic for soaking up the sun and enjoying the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. Plenty of areas for having breakfast outside and unwinding in the evenings with a glass of wine. The location is ideal, just a short drive from the charming town of Polignano a Mare.

Ho soggiornato in agosto con la mia famiglia. Ha soddisfatto completamente le nostre aspettative.Due ampie camere ognuna con il suo bagno. Arredi essenziali ma accoglienti. Piscina top. Sia la la proprietaria che Letizia ( la ragazza che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo) sono state di grande aiuto e disponibilissime quando abbiamo avuto un problema familiare . Consigliatissimo.

It was a wonderful stay at Assunta’s place. She met us at the door and showed us the place (including the gated parking). She also gave us many recommendations. We went to two of her recommended restaurants, and they were both really good. Porta Cesareo is beautiful, and it’s walkable from the house. Assunta’s place worked out really well for us.

We absolutely loved our stay in Antonella’s property, it was the PERFECT location - walking distance to everything and in a gorgeous pocket. Highly recommend staying here ☺️

My friend and I had a great experience at Paolo’s airbnb: clean, brand new, comfortable, compilant with the pictures. The roof patio is very cute: a real Italian experience!! Paolo is very Nice and very flexible, easy communication.

De ligging was ‘perfect’. Je zit middenin het oude centrum van Monopoli maar toch is het rustig ‘s nachts. Enkel de kerk laat de klokken regelmatig luiden tijdens een feestdag of zondagochtend. De accommodatie was heel mooi. Wel niet ideaal als je slecht te been bent want er zijn 3 trappen die je moet doen vooraleer op het terras te komen. 1ste verdieping is de keuken + 2 eenpersoonsbedden. 2de verdieping de slaapkamer met een 2persoonsbed en een badkamertje, 3de verdieping terras. Pluspunten: ligging, prijs-kwaliteit. Minpunten: iets te klein als je er met 4 dames verblijft. Redelijk weinig opbergruimte voor de kleren. Mini badkamertje. Eén toilet. Verder hebben we echt super hard genoten van ons verblijf dus zeker aan te raden!

super séjour, à 5mn à pied d'une magnifique plage, 10mn du bourg. logement simple mais très agréable, très calme. nous nous sommes ressourcé et reposé. la dolce vita. merci à Alessandro pour son accueil !!!

This was such a perfect location! Georgia was so helpful with parking recommendations, and made check-in and check-out very easy. Highly recommend this stay!

Perfect spot. Unbelievable sunsets. Great location to walking and restaurants. A little hard to get luggage to and from where you have to park but the host was great with helping.
