We had a wonderful, unforgettable vacation in this great apartment. Dania and her father have super organized the handling, check-in, questions and help on site, check-out. They welcomed us warmly and we were greeted with a welcome basket of specialties from the region. The apartment is superbly equipped, clean and spacious. The location, right on the beach, priceless... Thank you for this great time! We will definitely be back!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the year, and these were by far the most lovely I’ve ever interacted with! The property is beautiful. We came in October so it was more quiet than during the summer, but the beach was wonderful and very closely positioned to old town Monopoli (though not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for). The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we did) and the patio is spectacular looking at the Adriatic (we ate all of our meals there). The hosts provided tons of recommendations and I’d recommend to anyone!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Filomena was an exceptional host. lots of information to guide is and responsive to our needs. the flat is beautifully kept and the courtyard a dream.

We had an amazing stay! Immaculately clean, great central location. Hosts were super clear, responsive and communicative, gave great recommendations. Only flag is that because this is right over looking the main square in old town, it was quite lively at night (even during week days), so worth packing a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper. It was what we were looking for though & would stay again.

Really and truly loved our stay here!! Just wished it was longer!! In our opinion it was better than a 5 star hotel! It was set up beautifully! The mini spa area was a perfect way to spend our evening after the whole day at the beach! There is a tv in almost every room which was wow! It was extremely clean! Its spacious! Modern and calming! The bed was comfortable! To make our experience even better was the prosecco we received on arrival!

We could have stayed forever! Loved the house, pool, and fresh air! 5 minutes to the beach town with many great restaurants. Perfect place if you want to explore Puglia.

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

Great stay as a family and with our 4-legged companion (welcomed like a queen in this beautiful region of Puglia). Secure land for your pet. Emidio, the owner of the Minetta villa, is very pleasant and human, from the beginning to the end of our stay he was attentive, responsive and gave good advice. Thank you for the address of this great restaurant 😊 Small appreciable attentions on our arrival. Snacks and fresh water in the fridge. The house is nice and comfortable, the pool is great and a beautiful beach a few steps away where we had a good time. I highly recommend this beautiful villa if you are visiting Puglia We will be happy to come back for our next trip. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Giuseppe’s villa near Polignano a Mare, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Giuseppe and his wife welcomed us with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The villa itself is stunning, combining modern comforts with beautiful Italian architecture. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy meals together. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and provided a peaceful haven for a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The terrace and pool area were fantastic for soaking up the sun and enjoying the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. Plenty of areas for having breakfast outside and unwinding in the evenings with a glass of wine. The location is ideal, just a short drive from the charming town of Polignano a Mare.

I stayed in August with my family. It completely met our expectations. Two spacious rooms each with its own bathroom. Essential but welcoming furnishings. Top pool. Both the owner and Letizia ( the girl who welcomed us when we arrived) were very helpful and helpful when we had a family problem. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful stay at Assunta’s place. She met us at the door and showed us the place (including the gated parking). She also gave us many recommendations. We went to two of her recommended restaurants, and they were both really good. Porta Cesareo is beautiful, and it’s walkable from the house. Assunta’s place worked out really well for us.

Her son Elio helped translate everything, and her husband even offered to swap cars with us to avoid parking issues—unbelievable kindness. The apartment was spotless, but it was their generosity that made this visit unforgettable. When our rental car was unexpectedly towed, Filomena and her daughter Martina spent nearly an hour helping us search, then stayed with us through the entire retrieval process—paying fines, driving to a remote lot—all while juggling other guests. They never made us feel like a burden. Their patience, warmth, and selflessness went far beyond anything we expected. We left feeling like part of their family. If you have the chance to stay here, take it—you’ll experience hospitality that truly stays with you. Grazie di cuore ❤️

Fabulous location. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the buskers below, people watching. Right in the heart of the old town. Free parking 10 minutes away so all very convenient. The roof terrace is lovely at all times of day. Sunsets, sunrises and chilled mornings. Everything was as described and very homely. Note - The stairs are steep and uneven - you might be worried with someone who is not so able but we were fine. (Couple with 2 teenagers).

Lina’s apartment was perfect for our few days in Monopoli and the surrounding area. Loved how close it was to the Old Town but still quiet. Perfect to have parking on site. It was clean, very spacious, and nicely furnished. Lina was great about communication, gave us very clear instructions, and checked in with us daily. We absolutely loved our time here.
