Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Mestre, Venice

Marina's apartment is better than the listing can describe. My family of four including 2 teenage boys loved it! It is impeccably clean, modern, comfy and with all the right details. The windows in the rooms have heavy shutters that you can open and close so that you are not woken by daylight. They are quiet and have very comfy beds. There is A/C in all spaces as this was needed in the summer. Having a TV in each room was also great for our teens to have downtime. The heavy double paned windows also kept the apartment very quiet. We only heard noise if we opened the windows in the living room. It is located in a cute and safe street that is a 5-10 minute walk to all the best spots in Venice! I would not need to look any further for a different rental for a future trip to Venice.

Een fijn ontvangst, duidelijke uitleg van de omgeving en reactietijd was altijd snel en behulpzaam. Erg vriendelijk! De ruimte was netjes en schoon, in Noale kun je verder heerlijk eten en drinken. Er is een grote supermarkt om je boodschappen te halen. Naar het treinstation ben je in 5min, en brengt je naar Venetië. Als we ooit terug gaan boek ik weer hier.

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Excelente alojamiento, muy buen ubicado, cerca de la estación del tren y cerca de los vaporeti. Me gustó la decoración y el equipamiento. Fuimos tres huéspedes y estuvimos muy cómodos

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at Alice’s place! The location is central and the place itself is very spacious. Alice was communicative and helpful during our time in Venice. Would recommend!

Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 per una notte. Fabio e Alessandra sono stati molto gentili, ci hanno aiutato in tutto e ci sono venuti incontro anche per quanto riguarda il check-in. Se dovessi tornare a Murano mi affiderei sicuramente a casa Manin.

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. Edwin e la sua gentilezza ed ospitalità hanno reso fin da subito gradevole il soggiorno! Molto presente per essere d’aiuto sui luoghi e le attività nei dintorni. Spazi puliti e posto perfetto per rilassarsi! Sicuramente torneremo in futuro! Grazie Edwin :D

Hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Hier und da müsste mal was repariert oder ausgetauscht werden und der See ist weder zum Baden oder Angeln geeignet, aber das alles hat der Pool wieder gut gemacht. Sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

Antonio y su esposa nos hicieron sentir como en casa, son unos anfitriones espectaculares!, nos dieron toda la información para llegar a Venecia, donde comer, a donde ir y todas las sugerencias que un visitante puede necesitar. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades!, mis hijas quedaron enamoradas de las mascotas, (gatitos, tortugas, conejos) Sin duda alguna recomiendo el lugar y nos vamos super contentos de haberlos conocido y agradecidos que nos recibieran en su hogar. Es un lugar que definitivamente recomendaría para una familia con niños.

Abbiamo avuto una bellissima esperienza. L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione, perfettamente pulito, silenzioso, accogliente e più spazioso di come appare dalle foto. È circondato da bar, ristoranti, negozi, e vicinissimo a tanti altri posti (market, farmacie...). Molto comodo per muoversi sia verso Venezia (si trova a 5 minuti circa dalla stazione dei treni e 2 minuti neanche dalla fermata del bus) sia verso l'aeroporto (fermata del bus a circa 5 minuti). Di notte par meglio fare attenzione se ci si muove nella via dalla stazione, ma non più di quanto ne si fa in tante zone — di giorno il vicinato è tranquillissimo. Nicoletta ci ha accolto di persona, ci ha aiutato con i bagagli e dato diverse dritte sul come muoverci e su dove mangiare — è stata estremamente disponibile, gentile e comprensiva durante tutto il soggiorno. L'unica cosa da tenere a mente è che l'appartamento è al terzo piano e il palazzo non ha un ascensore. Ringraziamo vivamente la host e consigliamo questo allo

It was a great location near Rialto. Easy to walk to restaurants and to take the ferry to the train station.

This place is in a great location, on a canal, very walkable to everything. We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end. It started to feel like home away from home. Maddalena was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

Watersdoor was the highlight of our Italian honeymoon! At the start of our stay, Maria and her daughter were very friendly and greeted us to show us the way to the condo. Upon our arrival, the candles, mini bottle of champagne, and rose petals were such nice touches. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has all that you need for a stay in Venice. The washer/dryer came in handy as well! Maria provided excellent recommendations (e.g., restaurants, transportation suggestions, sights, special events in the area, etc.) throughout our trip. Maria made our honeymoon a memorable experience and we are very grateful!!

Michela is a great host, Very friendly, always responsive; her place is like a home u come home to. It’s like a nice cottage, with own lawn, nice neighbourhood, safe. Only thing her place is a 10 - 15 mins walk from tram station, so can be a challenge if u have lots of luggage. While there is a direct tram to Roma Piazzale station so commute otherwise is comfortable within Venice. Would again love to stay at her place

The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Giorgia&Michele’s and their property highly enough
