Welcome to Les Ventes-Saint-Rémy ! Welcome to our home on the family property! We are delighted to welcome you and hope your stay will be enjoyable. It is located in the heart of a clearing in one of the largest forests in France, 30 minutes from Rouen, 30 minutes from the sea and 2 hours from Paris. Completely renovated in 2017, it has 6 recent beds and is equipped with all modern comforts.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
