This pretty presbytery is full of charm and offered us a total disconnection. May not be very suitable for babies due to lack of sound insulation. Jean-Michel is a very kind and responsive host. I would recommned this property.

We had a wonderful weekend at this listing. From the many rooms available, with sublime decoration and beautifully wooded garden, we were not amazed at the services of the house. The rooms are well laid out to allow you to gather together and the bedrooms are well laid out to create more private spaces. The garden was also very nice, with the deck and the various places to settle in and have fun. Highly recommend for a weekend with friends and family

A “cabin” in the woods, peaceful except for the Mourning Dove mourning down the chimney and the cows lowing across the fence, every possible amenity was provided including wine, beer and cidre in the fridge and a very well -stocked bar. Bed was wonderful for nine nights and that may be a travel record. Typical European shower, enough said, didn’t try the sauna but it looked good. Lots more little niceties. However, if you require active, powerful internet and cell coverage bring your Starlink.

We had a wonderful time at the gîte in! It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — perfect for a family getaway. The kids loved the spacious garden, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with beautiful countryside views. The location is great for exploring Normandy while offering a peaceful retreat. Friendly hosts and thoughtful touches made our stay even better. Highly recommend for families — we’d love to return!

Christopher, Thank you for all your kindnesses toward us. The roses & peonies were a great surprise, even though we did not experience any inconvenience from the front door hiccup. Your sterling character as a host showed through just as the beach light reflected off the antique silver objects around the salon. The turret bed was very spacious and comfortable as the linen bedcovers were a treat! The nearby fish market and shops were very convenient and your well furnished kitchen allowed for some great cuisine to dine-in. You did a wonderful preservation project on the installation of the new windows, that truly showcased the villa and the incredible beachside location. We were able to relax and enjoy the happy sounds of the children and families. Trouville is a wonderful place that we hope - someday - we are able to return with our grandchildren and children! Very nice house perfect for my birthday with your family or friends. We were 23 and managed to stay in the mansion using the large dorm rooms for children or entire family. Very large living spaces to be all together on the ground floor of the mansion, in the living room, the dining room with its beautiful table or the veranda and a dining area on the barbecue side very nice when the weather is nice. All the amenities are there to have a very nice stay from the kitchen to the hi-fi, to the leisure. Rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated and the associated bathrooms are very nice.

A true haven of peace! We had a wonderful stay in this charming house. The garden is a real gem: sunny from morning to night, perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal in the open air. The interior is just as pleasant, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Hosts are thoughtful and available. A place we highly recommend and where we'll be happy to come back!

This was our 2nd stay in the manor, as we had been charmed by the place!
