The apartment is located in Meschede, directly accessible via the highway and is the gateway to the Hochsauerland. In the immediate vicinity, the Hennesee is within walking distance (swimming, standup paddling, diving, sailing, fishing, inline skating, etc.) Climbing opportunities, the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path, ski resorts (Winterberg about 25 minutes, direct and less frequented ski resorts can be reached in 15 minutes). Meschede is a great starting point for hiking, mountain biking and many other activities.

Idyllic forest and hiking trails as well as the Ruhr Valley cycle path are right outside the front door. The cozy apartment is located in the basement with direct access to the large covered terrace and views of the paradisiacal Ruhr Valley. The 45 m² cozy apartment is modern and newly furnished. From the kitchen table you can look directly through the floor-to-ceiling window into the garden and to the Ruhr.

The light-flooded living area on the ground floor offers a glass front with panoramic views and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs there is a bedroom with meadow view, a sleeping alcove for 2 people and a bathroom with bathtub. Outside, the terrace, trampoline and swing invite you to relax. Children can feed our chickens, and depending on availability, there are fresh eggs. The Hennesee is nearby!

Das Studio liegt in der Arnsberger Altstadt. Es befindet sich im 2. OG und ist 25 m² groß. Das Bad ist im 1. OG. (Gemeinschaftsbad für zwei Ferienwohnungen) Parkplatz vor dem Haus (eng). Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind am "Alten Markt" (Mo - Fr 9 - 20 Uhr, Sa 9 - 16 Uhr gebührenpflichtig) und in der Tiefgarage am Neumarkt (gebührenpflichtig). Arnsbergs Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich von unserem Studio bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Henne-, Möhne- und Sorpesee sind ca 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Beautiful, small apartment surrounded by greenery

Our small apartment is at the top of the Klausenberg. Behind the house there are only fields and meadows. The city is within walking distance, as is Lake Hennesee. The location at the top of the mountain offers a great view of the city and much further into the distance. A good place for a little break. If you are arriving by bike, you should keep in mind that the beautiful view from our mountain is of course connected with the fact that you also have to climb the mountain 🙈

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The newly renovated apartment is in the heart of the Sauerland. Thanks to the very good transport connections, you can easily reach the nearby winter ski areas and lake landscapes of the Sauerland by train, bike or car. The apartment is only 3 minutes by bike from the Ruhr Valley bike path and is therefore ideal for cyclists. The Sauerland cycling ring is also close by and invites you to take long tours.

Our ecological log cabin, built in 2022, is located on the edge of an oak grove on a 550 m high plateau called Oesterberge, in the middle of the Sauerland Nature Park. When furnishing, we placed special emphasis on stylish and comfortable furnishings. For hikers, mountain bikers, but also for families with children, it becomes a small paradise. Located on the edge of our farm, guests of all ages can experience pure nature, tranquility and spectacular views.
