Tiny house holiday rentals in Mesa County

I love experiencing tiny homes and this one was perfect for what we needed. This tiny home had the best view out of the lot of tiny homes and the 2 bedrooms was great. The only negative about the home was nowhere to sit and eat meals, so we had to eat outside. I loved the community gathering area in the middle of the tiny homes, and think it would be a fun place to hang out in the summer time. I do feel this tiny home was a bit overpriced, especially for the off season when the resort wasn't open, the restaurants weren't open, and it was a bit too cold to do much outside.

The hosts are amazing and truly care about their guests and their experience! The cabins are amazing, the location is so beautiful and they even have rentals. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for another amazing stay!

great place!

First time in a tiny home. Comfortable bed downstairs, hot water, amenities, well insulated, surprisingly roomy. Not great views, and not well lit at night, so a bit hard to find in the dark. Overall though, a fun place to stay.

We have stayed here before and love it. The cabins are simple but have everything you need. The forest and lakes of Grand Mesa are beautiful. They are also quite isolated so be sure to bring all of your own food. The cabins have stoves and refrigerators so it’s easy to cook.

Perfect place to stay during our ski exam

the place is really cute. and there is a good scenic view from the parking lot. the host was really helpful and friendly and communicated clearly about the check-in and other details.i had left my jacket in the property but the host was helpful in finding it back and giving it back. everyone in our group really liked the place and enjoyed the stay

This place was amazing! Peaceful, private, & perfect for what we wanted! The Airbnb was very clean and looked exactly like the photos! The hot tub was a perfect touch and was extremely clean as well. Michael was always on top of communication and super friendly!! I would most definitely stay here again!!

My wife and I booked this location for our 22nd anniversary trip and could not be more pleased with our stay. Honestly, I want to just move in… But seriously, the place is almost 100% surrounded by trees and the landscaping was perfect leading you into the coolest and most comfortable tiny home. Lots of windows, cozy couch, perfect kitchen with everything you would need, great sleeping room and loft, tasteful decor and covered outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating and great table for outdoor meals. The place was so comfortable and inviting, we will have to come back again just so we can spend more time just relaxing at the place 😊

Was staying on business and this was a great place to relax and enjoy the views. Host was very nice and welcoming. Place was clean and kept up very well. Definitely would stay again when back in the area.

Staying near Paonia is always a great experience and this little cabin is perfect for a place to relax from your otherwise action packed vacation. There is so much to do and see in such a small area. The cabin itself is a very short walk from a great restaurant and incredible winery. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay & totally appreciated the fenced in yard for my pup. Very safe area, super close to a great park/dog park, shopping, restaurants & fast food.

Great place to be. We loved our time here. It was very clean, peaceful and relaxing. The area is still being developed, so don’t be surprised to see that some of the land is not fully developed. However, it was nice to walk around and see what has been completed. We liked what has been done to the area so far. It will be great to see the final result.

What a quiet peaceful place. It was easy to find, super comfortable, and just what we were looking for. So private and absolutely beautiful surroundings.

This was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! The views are fantastic, it’s super easy to walk to town and the studio had everything we needed! We will absolutely be booking another stay here soon!

My stay at Sage View Ranch was perfect! I stayed in the Red Wagon which was just enough space, the whole property was charming, and Laurie and Scott were so welcoming and friendly letting me interact with the animals and giving great local recommendations!

we really enjoyed our stay. The home was very stunning. A lot of hard work and craftsmanship went into this place and it shows. will definitely stay again when we come back to this beautiful area.

The pool house was fantastic! We had a great time in the hosts were great to work with and very responsive. The location was great for our plans to visit local wineries. Also the pool was very clean and great to have at the location.

We loved staying in the tiny house! It was very efficiently decorated and super comfy. The chairs by the stream were perfect and we slept great in the bed. The property is close to some hiking trailheads and quite secluded -which we loved- and there are many animals on the property, cats, chickens and alpacas. We would recommend staying here

The surroundings are surreal. Pam was very nice and made us feel right at home. It was slightly hot but during the night it cooled down so it was great. Very private and secluded. Their dog is very calm but loves the belly rubs. Thank you guys for an awesome stay!

We had a great time staying in this tiny home. It was the perfect size for 2, and was clean and private. The view out to the Duck Pond was gorgeous, and it was 5-10 minutes away from everything in Grand Junction. The location couldn’t be better. On top of that, the host was very responsive and super friendly. We definitely will stay here again when we return to Grand Junction.
