Fantastic stay in Grand Junction. Location is good and the place was very clean!

We really only have one regret: we didn't stay longer. A beautiful, self-contained casita in the countryside of Western Colorado, which provided us with a deeper appreciation of what this area has to offer. Now we understand. Warm and friendly hosts. Great communication. Immaculate accomodations. Will be hard-pressed to ever pass through Fruita without planning to stay here again.

This is a great place to stay!! It is clean, quiet and well equipped- in addition to having our own suite, we had a private patio to relax and bbq ! No problem with parking and the suite is centrally located within Grand Junction - in addition to being a great host, Mitch’s knowledge of the area and recommendations was extremely helpful ! We were very comfortable and felt very welcomed ! We would definitely stay again !!

Janice was a wonderful host, and her place was very cozy and homey, and the view is awesome!!! Her attention to detail shows she has her guests best interests at heart. The baked goodies were an added, sweet gesture! We highly recommend this place. Thank you, Janice💖

We stayed at Lori’s & thoroughly enjoyed our evening! The views were beautiful and after visiting the wineries and lunch at Big B’s, the patio was a perfect place to share bottle of wine. So thankful that it was dog friendly and we all could relax after hiking. The homemade cookies were delicious and every detail was thought of! I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again!

So glad we stayed here! Beautiful home with a gorgeous private backyard for our dogger to play in. The area is so quiet and peaceful and the space is absolutely adorable. We had a lovely time!

Jessica was a wonderful host. The place was perfect, exactly as described. Without getting into any details she helped save my weekend and I am truly grateful to her for that. Extremely responsive and this will be one of my go to places to look for the next time I'm in Grand Junction.

This is the only truly ski in/out property @ Powderhorn! Beautifully remodeled with top knotch materials- has most seating sofa I've seen. Also has handy access thru back hall door to Slopeside Grill. Aaron extremely responsive & generous with check out. Look forward to return trip including lodge rooms for extended family.

We had a relaxing stay in this gem of a place near Cedaredge -we were skiing on the Grand Mesa. We met Regna who was welcoming and informative. She showed us around the various buildings. The property is beautiful. We could tell so much love and creativity has been put in over the years. Really good energy there. We had plenty of space and the beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place! Very accommodating for small children and dogs! Great yard for the dog to run around and plenty of toys/activity books for the kids to entertain themselves with. Would recommend 10/10! Also was greeted with a hand written card which was a nice touch!

Molly was very responsive and always checking to make sure I had what I needed. The place was very clean,cozy and beautiful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Cathy was an excellent communicator and the house was very nice and secure with everyone having there own areas as well as community usage. We really enjoyed the house and beautiful views from the loft. If we’re ever in the area again, we would definitely book with Cathy again.

This property was great for two people! Everything is new and clean. It had lovely decor and everything was as described. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were fluffy and the bedding very nice. It is nicer and actually larger than the photos indicate! It is a short drive to the downtown and many restaurants and shops. We would stay there again if back in the area and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to spend a few days in Grand Junction!

After travelling for some time, my boyfriend and I needed a place to clean and organize our stuff and relax a bit. This place was perfect. We had our privacy and enough space. It was super clean and quiet. Ryan was very accommodating and helped us out. Thank you again! Definitely recommend.

Nice place to stay

Carl and Natasha are excellent hosts and their property is wonderful. We stayed 2 weeks and it was great. Our dog loved the fenced in 4.5 acres and I loved walking around the orchard. There is a place to sit under a huge shade tree right outside your door and we spent a lot of time there just enjoying the peace and tranquility.
