Impeccable accommodation, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly in line with the listing. Philippe and Lydie gave us a warm, simple and attentive welcome, which immediately set the tone for the stay: friendly and relaxing. The area is really ideal for recharging. Located in Kervignac, in a very quiet hamlet, the accommodation offers a magnificent view of the sea, almost unreal at sunrise and sunset. The tranquility of the place, the birdsong, the salty air and the proximity to nature make it a small haven of peace. It is an excellent starting point for exploring the region: Lorient, Erdeven, the Étel estuary or the beaches of Morbihan are only a few minutes away. Very pleasant short stay in this lovely haven. The calm, the wandering of the chickens and the cats come to fine-tune this painting of serenity. Sandrine is welcoming, gave us good recommendations. The accommodation is well provided. We highly recommend.

excellent 4-day stay at Guy's superb house, very well located and close to shops and restaurants. Many hiking trails around the Ria d'Etel. We took advantage of the terrace which is very well surrounded. Many visits around 20, 25 km To be repeated with great pleasure.

An incredible house furnished with taste and very well equipped. A magnificent garden with terrace and top outdoor furniture. Sarah is very friendly and even offered to let the children come and see the animals at her place on the neighboring property. The pool is perfect, close to the living room to be able to supervise the children. Spacious and elegantly decorated. In short, everything was great for a good weekend with the family.

Christine is a very welcoming host, she had even prepared some clafoutis. She is really a nice person who is ready to help. the accommodation is small (faithful to the description) but warm. you feel like you're in a little cocoon. It is extremely well located, a few minutes from the city center, while being in a quiet neighborhood. It is located in a private inner courtyard that gives a lot of charm to the accommodation. In summary, an excellent stay and an address that I will remember when I return to Lorient. i would highly recommend

We had a great weekend in this very pleasant apartment, directly on the beach. It carries very well its name "feet in the water", the sea view is exceptional and once in the apartment you feel like you are on a boat. From the apartment, activity on the sea is important and we witness the races of oars, sailboats, triathlon training...Everything is done on foot (shops, market, restaurants, walks along the sea to the beautiful village of Lomener). A big thank you for the very accurate information / recommendations, the welcome and flexibility on checkout.

I came for work so I didn't enjoy the seaside much, but already knowing Carnac and its surroundings well, I was able to appreciate the relevance of his advice. Thank you for the little touches!

Spacious, bright and well-equipped apartment. Close to Lorient city center by car. You can hear a few planes flying overhead but otherwise the neighborhood is very quiet so great! The instructions for self check-in were very clear.

We had a very good stay at Guidel beach. The accommodation is very functional and the instructions left by Solène are very clear. The parking space is nice as well as the bike room. There are many bike paths nearby. The accommodation is very well located, just across the beach.
