Family-friendly holiday rentals in Merimbula Beach

Host was great to deal with and was very responsive and helpful when we were upfront and honest. Great stay awesome location had a big group of people which had a ball all weekend in the facilities.

Eden is perfectly named. A true paradise on Earth. The views from the balcony provide sights of the beaches on both sides the peninsula. The town is peaceful, but still offers everything that you need. The Snug Cove villas, are well provisioned and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals on site, and found everything we needed. Including a regular and blackrock grill. would definitely seek this place out again.

Such a great place. The third bedroom is massive and could fit a family in that room alone. The other two bedrooms are also decent size as is the living room. Feels really spacious and it’s cool to wake up and see the water from bed. Highly recommend for the price point

My kids and I have enjoyed staying at Phil’s place numerous times. It’s perfect if the family don’t mind sharing an open plan room. It’s close to the beach and bike tracks which suits our needs. Will return!

Thanks Ian for a great stay! We loved the location - only a few minutes away from everything but in a nice quiet area of town. Loved that we were able to bring our dog along too. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and it felt so homely. Thanks again for a wonderful stay - would definitely recommend!

We pulled in the driveway and Phil was right there, welcoming us with such warm and enthusiastic hospitality that we felt right at home. The house is presented exactly like the pictures. If you stay here make sure to go out at night and look at the sky! The stars were mesmerizing, the best I have ever seen. It's out first time in Mallacoota we only stopped for 1 night on the way to Sydney, but I would love to be back.

Scott was quick to respond and easy to talk too. Accommodation is cosy and perfect for what was needed. Great deal. Location is incredible for exploring the surrounding areas. Frankie the Kelpie kept my 3yr old occupied playing fetch and running around the yard. Definitely coming back when visiting the Sapphire Coast!

We had a great stay, our dog was happy and the backyard area was good for him. Plenty of pet friendly areas around Pambula and possibly the best fish and chips we've ever had. The location is pretty central for day trips to Merimbula, Eden, and other places. The bed was very comfy (I mention this as someone who often finds mattresses in accommodation to be somewhat lacking in comfort). All in all we had a lovely time!

We were going to a wedding and needed accommodation, Sue’s place is wonderful! Everything and more was provided.The best nights sleep in ages! So peaceful clean and quiet.Walking distance to the beach! The best shower and amazing tiles.Wish we didn’t have to travel 6 hours or we would be back on a regular basis! Thank you

We had a great time at the Lyrebird Lodge, it was an adventure finding the place but once we did it was a beautiful house, amazing view, and very private.

We stayed here while working in the area and couldn’t have been happier. The home was spotless, well equipped, and really comfortable after long days on site. It’s in a great location, close to everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and made the whole process smooth. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others traveling for work or leisure!

Nice and cosy place. Value for money. Very quiet area.. surrounded by natural habitats..kangaroos and kookaburras can be seen early in the morning.. loved the place

100% worth the stay! very clean, quiet and exactly as it looks in the pics. Stayed with 2 kids and there was a lot of space to spread out. kids loved it and so did we! host was super friendly and exceptionally responsive.

The accommodation was lovely and perfect for our overnight stay. We didn’t get the chance to explore the site as we were only on a short overnight stay during a road trip. However, the site looked lovely and clean and tidy

Beautiful peaceful property on the edge of town with lots of outdoor space. Our kids loved the pool, cubby and fire pit! Beautiful beach just down the bush track. And the house is very well set up.

Colleen's place is great for families with dogs. Big TV, good internet, hot shower, and a brisk 8 minute walk to the beach, it was exactly what we wanted! And unlike some other listings, the house is *actually* dog friendly - if your dogs love sitting on the couch (like ours do), Colleen was perfectly happy to let us cover the couch with a couple spare sheets (which we brought ourselves). The only thing missing was a pantry - but we probably cook more than most visitors. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this place! My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. It was an absolute treat to have a beachfront cabin with uninterrupted views of the stunning coast. The stovetop was an added bonus so that I could cook meals there. This place has everything you need for a relaxing, stress free stay. Absolutely loved it and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Had a most wonderful stay at Fishpen Retreat. The property is super private, with lots of natural light, spacious with great living, dining and outdoor spaces. Peter was very responsive, and was so kind to supply firewood, with kept us warm and cosy throughout the evening chill. All amenities required were available for a very comfortably and cosy stay. Location is perfection! Right across the road from beach & Mitchie’s jetty and Merimbula lake on the opposite side. An easy walk into town if required - you cannot go wrong here! Highly recommend for a relaxing stay anytime of the year, warm or cold weather. Having stayed at many places in Merimbula in the past, can definitely say that this will be our preferred choice of accommodation for future visits. Beautiful family home located in a quiet, hilly part of town, with fantastic views from some bedrooms. Pool was very clean and welcoming for the kids. Perfect for our getaway. Also appreciated the well equipped kitchen for all our self catering needs.
