No cleaning fee! Rate is in line with decent motels/hotels here & is up to 4 people. IN THE HEART OF THE MISSISSIPPI DELTA WHERE THE BLUES WAS BORN! Extra charge per person per night after 4. Max is 5. Can request 6. Better than just a motel room. A bit of antique & modern, though greatly cared for, shows age in some places, loving wear, quaint aging & charming patina both inside and outside, is super clean/sanitized. You will love it I think. Very Affordable for a whole house in this area.

Peaceful cabin in orchard! Great Internet!

The Betty suite cabin is based on a standard hotel room. We have a queen bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee pot. The private bathroom include a large shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each room has high-speed Internet with a flat screen, smart TV. This building was the original home of our neighbors - Earl and Betty. We moved the structure to the park and turned it into 2 hotel suites.

Lovely, full-1 bedroom- 1 bathroom-private guest house. Has its own little covered porch. Parking along street. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance or 2 min drive of DSU! Close by (less than 5min drive to most anywhere) you’ll find several parks, the Grammy Museum, bowling, skating, some of the best restaurants, a brand new laundromat, and our beautiful downtown Cleveland!

Jamie and Jeff's place was amazing. They offered several accommodations and was very quick to respond with any issues or questions. Jeff was extremely friendly. The neighbor hood is amazing. beautiful spot right on the water and a neighborhood dog we fell in love with. we travel the country and stay in alot of airbnbs and this has been one of our favorites. we can't wait to make it back and stay again. highly recommend.
