The house was amazing! We will definitely be coming back again!

Jarrid was very accommodating. The place is cozy and quiet. Plenty of room to park. We felt a little closer to home when the neighborhood dogs were there to greet us and they warmed right up to us. If we needed anything, Jarrid was very responsive.

Chad was a fantastic host, very quick to respond when we had a question. The house was perfect for us, not far from a trailhead and very clean. We absolutely loved it!!

The crumpler retreat was perfect for our group. Very clean and vlose to trails. Loved sitting on porch in evening to watch the action. Perfect spot to access trails but still have a private place to chill after riding all day.

Peggy’s place was nice and comfy. Perfect for our little family! She was a great host!!

We were pleased with this house. It was very clean and no unpleasant odors. It is convenient to the ATV trails. The neighborhood is quiet except for the highway traffic at night. The other three members of my party did not notice the traffic noise. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. We were able to cook our own meals. The refrigerator is very clean. 8 or 9 people can easily eat in this kitchen between the bar and the table. The whole house is roomy. There is a large master bedroom and bathroom. We will be coming back to the TinRoof. And there is easy access to gas stations, grocery store, and permits.

Second time staying here. Great location. Will definitely be back again.

Perfect accommodations for our weekend trip. We were able to swing by the cafe for lunch on the way in and were immediately welcomed and the food was great! Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through Sinks Grove!

Amy's place was an idyllic getaway and an excellent place to launch our exploration of the New River Gorge National Park. A perfect place to unplug and relax.

This was a great stay for us! Enough space for all of us to hang out comfortably, especially with access to the porch. We had a great time; Hinton is am underrated town, and the area is gorgeous.

Carriage House was as represented. We enjoyed our stay and the area. Everything we needed was provided. Nice location and neighborhood. The Carriage house was clean with easy access. Very nice and comfortable.

We stayed at the Whitetail Cabin at Pipestem Place. The host was very welcoming, and the cabin was well-stocked with everything we could want for a weekend getaway. The scenery was beautiful and private and the cabin was well-designed and peaceful. The location is also very convenient for visiting various parks in the Pipestem, Bluestone, and New River regions, and the town of Hinton.

The place was beautiful and very close to the trails to ride our ATV. A place was private with no through traffic. We had plenty of linens and supplies that we needed.

From the moment we pulled up, we had a fantastic stay at Robert’s Airbnb. Everything was as pictured online, hot shower, comfortable bed, great private location. We hope to stay at this Airbnb again!

We had a great time with our group at Crane Creek Cabins. Great place to socialize and convenient to ATV trails. Would definitely recommend and return to Jennifer's properties.

Just had to stay for a night on the way from SC to OH and the ease of booking and checking in and out worked out very well. The place is right by the road, which for us, worked perfectly because we needed to hit the road again first thing in the morning, but keep this in mind if you are planning on traveling with pet or kids.

Been coming to this area for past 15 years to ride the trails. This cabin is in a great location for that. Future guests I would recommend coming up Barkers Ridge-Sand Gap road off hwy 16. If coming from Princeton GPS wants to send you up single lane road that is not best for hauling trailers.

Perfect place for a quick weekend getaway. Was easy to get to the HFM trails.
