A very cozy, authentic Paris apartment. Beautiful wooden floors and tasteful furniture. Location is perfect, next to the metro, with windows facing a quiet backyard. Jean Louis and Nacera were very helpful and communicative.

Alex’s apartment was perfect for our group of three adults. We had days walking to the sights of Paris and others using the subway & Uber. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and the linen/towels were lovely. Alex was very responsive with any questions we had and was generous with local recommendations. I would not hesitate to rebook should I return to Paris.

We loved Thomas place. Well located, quiet with beautiful natural light and a view of Parisian rooftops. A great place to spend time. It felt like a home which I like in an Airbnb.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet and well-served neighborhood. We stayed comfortably with 2 adults and 3 children. The apartment is tidy and equipped with all useful appliances. We enjoyed the spacious balcony with a table and chairs. Nicolas is available and responds quickly.

The location is very nice and easily accessible. With the video from Kamel, checking in was very easy. We felt very comfortable. The studio was clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is a bit small, but functional.

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Stunning apartment and garden, located on a very pretty street in a great area. The apartment had everything, with beautiful furniture and furnishings and very well equipped. The garden was a lovely peaceful spot to relax in. Julien was very friendly, polite and helpful and great to communicate with. Would definitely return to the apartment, it was fantastic! A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

It is rare to find such a quiet accommodation in Paris… In an unspoiled environment, a small green setting that we greatly appreciated! I have no negative comments to give: everything was perfect, very good bedding, tidy, tastefully decorated... it feels like home! And what a pleasure to sunbathe in the small garden ... I would highly recommend it! See you soon without any doubts!!!

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Eléonore was a super host, very responsive and helpful. The location was great, 20 minutes walk to the metro and other amenities such as restaurants and parks. Would recommend.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Great host and a great apartment in a fantastic location

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Our stay could not have been better! The location is fabulous - right in the middle of everything with tons of restaurants, bars, bakeries all right there and grocery on the corner. The place was lovely and surprisingly quiet, so we could rest at the end of our busy days of being tourists. Host was responsive and helpful. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Siam’s place! The apartment is conveniently located near Gare du Nord and Gare de L’Est, which made it easy to get to after traveling into the city center from CDG. Siam and Morgane were kind enough to let us drop our bags off early while we went and explored in the city. The apartment itself was plenty of space for the three of us.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan's apartment. The view is absolutely stunning, with Sacré-Coeur just steps away - it really doesn't get more picturesque than this. The location is perfect for exploring Montmartre, and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
