We had an amazing stay and the location is very close to the restaurants and stores in downtown Riverside. David was an awesome host. If we needed anything he was there with it. All was neat and clean. The apartment was spacious enough for 4 of us to stay a whole week. . We have already discussed coming back and staying there again.

Great location for us to get to family.! We had a lot to do so didn’t enjoy the pool or hot tub.! Next time.! Only small issue there wasn’t enough toilet paper one roll per restroom. There were plenty of towels that was great.! Thank you for sharing your space with us.!

This property is located close to the beach and has a lot of amenities to make the perfect get away! If you love SoCal beach towns...this is the place for you. A+++

his one-bedroom Airbnb in Rancho Santa Margarita was everything I needed—and more. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a home away from home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it easy to settle in right away. Whether I was cooking, lounging, or getting some work done, the setup was just perfect. And the PS5? That was the cherry on top! Such a fun and unexpected bonus that really made the experience even better. I’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped, and perfectly located place to stay. Thank you for an amazing experience!

This house was great - we enjoyed our stay! There was a water main break in the surrounding area but Ryean stayed in contact and made sure we were taken care of. This was completely out of Ryean’s control, but the communication about the water situation and making sure we found the right detour to and from the property was extremely helpful and appreciated.

Quiet neighborhood and very nice pool and playground. House is very well appointed and comfortable. We had a great stay and we highly recommended it.

Mike and Jane have a lovely secluded home with beautiful views. They really take pride to make their guests comfortable having plenty of amenities with extra little touches. Every thing was in great working order and the kitchen was more than fully equipped. There were very responsive to a couple of questions. The beds were super comfortable and had extra blankets if needed. The house was clean and nicely decorated. I was there for a wedding at Tivoli (10-15 minutes away), but I’d like to go again just to stay and relax. Monserate Winery is just minutes away. Jane and Mike are such great hosts! Thank you so much for offering your beating home to us.

My family and I had a pleasant stay. Although it was only for one night, but the place was exactly how it was described on the listing. 10/10 recommend.

Vada’s place was amazing. It is so intentionally and beautifully decorated. The primary room is HUGE with a gigantic closet, extra blankets and a massive en-suite. To maintain the theme of the grand primary room is the oversized king bed with its comfy mattress. The other three rooms are the perfect size and the beds are so comfortable. I got some of the best sleep I have ever had. The second bathroom has a beautiful rain fall shower head and is also spacious. The backyard is gorgeous and I am sad that it was a bit too chilly and windy during my visit that I was unable to utilize it. The home has beautiful energy, it is beautifully decorated and Vada truly thought of everything. As if it couldn’t get better Vada was an amazing host. They were very responsive with the questions that we had. They also left the sweetest note for my mom and I wishing my Great Grandmother a happy 98th birthday and even included a bottle of Martinelli’s. I highly recommend Vada’s home.

My family enjoyed Seraph’s home because it is clean and modern. Most of the furniture is new or pristine. There was plenty of parking and having a connected garage was convenient. Seraph’s home has 3 floors, with one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the third floor. The kitchen and sofa are on the second floor. There was plenty of space for us to spend time together. The Airbnb is located in an area where new homes are being built. There was some loud construction noise on our first day, but it luckily stopped after a few hours. The neighborhood is family friendly. My nephew and niece enjoyed the nearby park/playground. Seraph was an excellent host. He was responsive and accommodating. For example, he was able to help us when our family needed additional towels. We wish the home was closer to popular restaurants and grocery stores, but besides that, it definitely met our expectations. If you’re looking for a home in South Orange County, Seraph’s home is a great option!

This place was perfect for our family to get together in Riverside. It’s a very nice home, in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen and the rooms were stocked very well to accommodate all of us. It’s a great location for going to the movies, restaurants and shopping. Plus lots of hills to walk for a good morning workout.

Our Hosts were AMAZING! I was back in my hometown putting my mother to rest. These awesome hosts checked on me, they sent their condolences and even left a sweet message to me. Their property is phenomenal. You can work out, relax, minutes from downtown “old” Redlands. Everything about this property was A++++. We will stay again when we come into town to visit family!
