We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or with friends. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large to spend time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and space to retreat . Everything is as on the pictures modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is within walking distance. perfect. maybe consider putting up curtains for the daylight that comes in downstairs on the staircase side and can be annoying if someone sleeps on the couch.

Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

The exchanges with Audrey were very pleasant, clear and efficient. the house is more than charming, clean, spacious, very well equipped, extremely pleasant, well arranged and above all, it smells good🥰🥰🥰. Not to mention the excellent quality bedding (important when you're over 40🤣🤣🤣) even on the sofa bed. Christophe and Sylvie are very friendly and welcoming hosts, an impeccable accommodation very well equipped! We had a great time! The jacuzzi was very nice after the day of sightseeing! We will come back without hesitation!

Just returned back from Franck’s place and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The garden was great with a lovely heated pool and very nice outdoor furniture. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Franck was incredibly attentive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. There are some very nice bakeries and restaurants locally and the location is perfect for going to visit places like Lille, Lens and Arras. We would happily stay here again!

I love the stay at the vacation house

We were with a group of 15 people and we lacked nothing. The place is super equipped and very clean. Communication was also reliable and pleasant. We would come back anytime!

Very good family stay, the house is very nice, the services offered are of quality and the house is very well equipped for everyday life, which makes you feel really good in the house. Young and old were able to enjoy and enjoy the amenities!! Host is very responsive and available. We highly recommend this home and will come back to it during our next stay.

Kunstkot was an amazing place to stay! We loved the hot tub, the swimming pond and the animals. My daughter loved the bunk bed (though beware the top bunk is quite low so you can't sit up on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk has no rail on one side). The flat itself had the most amazing decoration - there was art work everywhere. The sofa was also sooo comfy! There's a little honesty bar on the farm which we also enjoyed. Olivier was a responsive and accommodating host.

A bubble of happiness at Marie Bonheur. Peaceful, soothing, relaxing, the accommodation is conducive to disconnection. It was perfect for us to visit the surroundings, but also to enjoy the quiet with the family. Accommodation OK for babies 8 months old. Nothing else to say. Spaces are bright. Special mention, in our opinion, for the kitchen: a treasure. The atmosphere of this accommodation deserves to be known. Marieke too. Her human warmth reigns in her home. We recommend, will discuss and will return to the next opportunity.

Mélis was very friendly and helpful. His house was in a perfect location for us and we were able to get around Lille so easily using the Metro, only 2 minutes walk from the door. The house is very spacious with a sitting out area in the garden. We were amazed at how well equipped the house was. There was everything needed for self catering. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance and also some restaurants. We will definitely stay again if we are in Lille.

Excellent welcome, Emma makes herself available and is very attentive and flexible. Special attention with the bottle of fresh water and the excellent homemade jam, chocolates and pastries available. Pleasant accommodation, well decorated, arranged, bright, quiet and ultra clean. Very good bedding, nothing is missing. On the kitchen side, lots of dishes are available.

We booked last minute and only had minor issues with parking due to a local celebration. (We didn't realise it was a Bank Holiday.) Nadege was as helpful as she could be and made sure we were settled in OK. The shower deserves its own special mention for greatness!

Lovely spacious bright apartment with large outside decked terrace with nice outdoor furniture and great view of historic school/college building opposite and surrounding mature trees. Inge was helpful and responsive. Hired city bike to get around beautiful city. We’d like to stay again.
