Holiday rentals with a patio in Menaggio

Very cute and comfortable in such a cute location. All the amenities were great.

Die Unterkunft ist genau so schön wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe sind einzigartig und traumhaft schön. Die Unterkunft haben wir in einem sehr guten und sauberem Zustand vorgefunden, auch wenn die Fahrt ab Gravedona etwas abenteuerlich ist. Zu kritisieren gibt es wenig, nur das Licht im Badezimmer und der Duschvorhang sind verbesserungswürdig, laut Gastgeber werden sie aber daran arbeiten. Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt sind die schnellen, ausführlichen und hilfreichen Antworten der Gastgeber. Alles in einem würden wir immer wieder gerne in die Unterluft zurückkehren.

Perfektes Apartment mit einer traumhaften Aussucht auf den Lago. Wir waren nur 5 Tage dort, haben uns von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur wohlgefühlt. Überall ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, von Bettwäsche über Handtücher bis zum kompletten Küchenausstattung. Alles sauber und top in Ordnung. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, perfekt, um in kurzer Zeit zu entspannen. Ein bisschen mehr Sonne hätte uns gefallen, aber auch drinnen kann man gut sein. Auch vom Esstisch und der Couch aus kann man die Aussicht ... die paar Regenwolken ;) ... einfach nur genießen. Roger ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber, unkompliziert, reagiert schnell auf Fragen, besser geht es nicht. Wenn wir wieder eine Lücke im Belegungskalender finden, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Alles war sehr sauber und es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Garage sollte auch erwähnt werden, in der wir unser Auto und zwei Fahrräder sicher unterstellen konnten. Zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit von Enzo. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

Tolle Unterkunft, die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Der Blick auf den See war einfach atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation war auch super klasse - wir hatten unser Auto kurzfristig eingesperrt und uns wurde schnell und einfach geholfen 👍🏼 Klare Weiterempfehlung

Nous avons passé un super séjour! Le logement était très très propre et avec une vue splendide! Nous avions même des brochures à disposition pour les activités au alentours, un pass pour se garer gratuitement dans la ville de perledo. Seul petit bémol, si vous avez prévu d’y aller pensez à prendre un pull pour vous couvrir car en période de pluie il fait vite froid dans le logement la nuit mais ce n’est pas un problème! Nous avons été ravis de passer ces quelques jours dans ce logement. Nous vous le recommandons à 100% 🤩

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

Die Unterkunft war wahnsinnig gut! Besonders die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Haus entsprach rundum unseren Vorstellungen und den Bildern. Die Einfahrt zum Haus war wirklich sehr steil, sodass man gut aufpassen sollte, mit welchen Autos man anreist. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Rückmeldungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

My siblings and I, + our significant others, traveled to Italy for the first time together for our cousins wedding in Florence. We decided to find a place to relax after the busy wedding festivities and always wanted to visit Lake Como. When I saw this listing I knew it would be the perfect place for us. Oh, how right I was!!! Villa Nella could not have been a more perfect stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking (even from the bathrooms)! We truly felt so at peace and so comfortable in this home. It is so conveniently located to everything, and we had the best time exploring the town of Varenna and all of the beauty it has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors on the front balcony and the side yard! The weather for us was PERFECT. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious. They also had a packet of all of their recommendations for dining out, shopping, sightseeing, etc. that was very helpful. We can’t wait to come back again soon! ❤️

Alberto était très accueillant et gentil. La maison propre avec la vue magnifique sur le lac et son jardin très beau et parfaitement entretenu! Le calme absolu! Alberto nous a offert une bouteille de prosseco, une bouteille d’eau et quelques amuse-bouche. Merci beaucoup ça nous a fait très plaisir! Le parking privé est un grand plus vu que pour trouver un parking c’est pratiquement impossible. La literie super confortable! Le seul bémol: la salle de bain très petite.

We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio! The place was cozy and clean. Our host, Elisabetta, was incredibly helpful and friendly—she gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. An absolute dream! What a spectacular view, what a beautiful stone house and what great hosts. We loved everything about our stay - the only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. It’s a great location to explore Lago di Como and with Maria’s great tips, we were able to make the most of it. The house has great amenities and we felt perfectly comfortable in it - also in the kitchen, in which we prepared dinners to then eat with a view. We already plan to come back some time. Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf den Comer See und die Berge. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Räume großzügig und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Waren hier 4 Tage mit 5 Erwachsenen.

This place has the most stunning view of Lake Como! And to have an apartment with both a balcony and a private yard is pretty rare! It’s a real hike to get up and down between Vareena and Pelerdo but if you’re up for a climb or plan on using a car most of the time, then the location is unbeatable - we had our own little dinner overlooking the lake most nights and loved it

Daire resimlerde göründüğü gibi ve temizdi. Ev sahibi çok güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Otantik, romantik ve keyifli bir konaklamaydı. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Civarda park yeri mevcut (mezarlığın park yerini öneririm, hem boş, hem sokak ortasında değil, hem ücretsiz, hem de eve çok yakın). Parasına kesinlikle değen bir konaklamaydı, tavsiye ederim.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Juwel am Comer See- große Empfehlung sowohl die Lage ist sehr gut, als auch das Appartement an sich. Der Garten lädt zum Sonnen ein alles ist gepflegt, privat, einladend und der schönste Ausblick bietet der eigene Balkon. Alles war sehr sauber und man hat in der Küche alle benötigten Utensilien :) die Kommunikation war super leicht und wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen !

The location and views are amazing. Christina was very responsive and helpful. The home was clean, had comfortable furniture and the bed was amazing. It was also very peaceful there. The only downside for us was the 67 steps and long steep driveway you have walk up and down each day to get to and from the apartment. The town itself is all hills and steps which makes the walk to the apartment that much more exhausting.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem idyllischen Airbnb in den Bergen bei Lake Lugano. Das kleine italienische Dorf strahlt Ruhe aus, perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Die umliegende Natur mit ihren Bergen ist atemberaubend, und es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. Das Airbnb selbst ist makellos sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet – ein perfekter Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wer Ruhe, Natur und italienische Dorfidylle sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
