Holiday rentals with breakfast in Memphrémagog Regional County Municipality

We traveled from various parts of the country to Vermont for a cousin’s wedding in nearby Colchester, and staying at Frank and Carol’s farmhouse was the perfect choice. They were incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. The historic home is tucked away in a quiet, scenic area with a charming brook alongside it. Mornings on the porch with a cup of Green Mountain coffee were a highlight. I also recommend taking a morning stroll to meet the friendly local farmers-such a peaceful and authentic experience. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Marshas BNB and had a fantastic time for the Great Eclipse on 4/8/24! Her property was expansive, the BNB had so many different sitting areas, dens and living rooms to choose from. She provided a delicious and hearty breakfast each morning. She was so helpful when we asked to provide recommendations of things to do and places to go in the area. It was so beautiful and peaceful. The house was SO CLEAN. Squeaky clean. We had the king size room with private bathroom and the bathroom was GIGANTIC. Highly recommended and we will definitely be coming back.

One of the best AirBnb stays I've ever had! Josée and Frédéric are very welcoming people, full of good tips for activities and restaurants nearby and especially full of attention! The housing setting is just incredible by the lake, the amenities made by Frédéric are sublime and the place is more than peaceful! My month long stay with Peter and Lucie will go down as one of the best experiences for me in my artistic journey. I was welcomed to their home, which was an amazing place filled with an interesting collection of art, books, and global influences. My space on the lower level was just as pictured. It was warm and cozy, and definitely has that Boho feel. I had ample privacy, but also the opportunity to talk to Lucie and Peter who are a very cool couple. The location is outstanding, with North Hatley, Sherbrooke and Magog within a few minutes reach. The farms with cows, and the countryside and vistas of the surrounding area were the lure for a few paintings. I could go on and on, but I consider this one of the best experiences I've had using Airbnb. I will return!!!

Absolutely amazing place and I would love to visit every time i travel NH or Vermont, we never expected it to be so clean as it was a farm stay but very well maintained and every minute things were taken care and it really feels home, loved the big dining hall, living area and even lot of games and puzzles stacked up and the stay surrounding itself had lot of scenic spots with awesome colors in fall and hosts Tim and his wife very were friendly and helpful, must visit place for sure

We loved our stay in Farnham! The place is impeccable, super clean and full of little touches that make the stay ultra comfortable. The bed and the sofa are super cozy, and there were plenty of amenities, even the fridge was filled with good things when we arrived, a nice surprise that we really enjoyed! The location is perfect: quiet, right next to a charming little cafe, and in the back there is a bike path ideal for walking with dogs. There were three of us and we had plenty of space. In short, a big favorite! We highly recommend it and would return without hesitation!

Very comfortable homey space with all of the amenities you could need. The washer and dryer were super helpful for this long stay. The bathroom -- and the jetted tub -- are pure luxury. Deborah and Peter are extremely helpful, friendly, quiet and respectful of as much privacy as you want. We chatted with them regularly, even had dinner with them, and now count them as friends. It's in a very quiet, safe and small town where you can walk around. There is a local lake a very short walk away, a pub at the end of the road open four evenings a week, and a breakfast place (Huddy's) just another minute beyond that. Considering how small the town is, that's pretty good. Also, a 10 min drive away is a big grocery store and full amenities. It was a great place to stay for a month and we enjoyed every minute of it. This place is really special. The care and love spent in repairing and improving this ancient home into something beautiful is obvious. The brickwork, original wooden floors, wood beams, and beautiful view made this place so memorable for our stay. Shelly is clearly gifted with design, and everything from the layout to the tasteful choice of antiques felt unique, integrated, cozy, and romantic. The renovation itself was expertly executed, and I spent at least an hour enjoying the handiwork as much as the creative design itself. And I haven’t even mentioned the practical benefits of quality soaps, essentials foods, thoughtful appliances, and special lighting choices with no expense spared. I would highly recommend staying here! Not only is it convenient to the Northeast Kingdom, but it also captures a lovely vibe that one so rarely finds when traveling!

Warm hospitality provided by Darren and Lynne. We really enjoyed our stay and our hosts were extremely accommodating to our family and dog. Beautiful setting with amazing home cooked breakfasts and excellent facilities.

We had a great time with Pauline and Jacques. The area was just as convenient as we had hoped for a ski weekend at Jay Peak. We wanted to get on the road early and breakfast was prepared for us at 7:30 am. We happily left with a jug of maple syrup and look forward to staying there again!

What a pleasure to spend time with Diane and Patrice. As soon as we walked through the door, we felt right at home, welcomed like royalty. Diane and Patrice are great enthusiasts. They delighted us with their discussions and lunch filled with thoughtful touches. I still dream of that fruit salad with those coconut shavings!

We rented all the rooms to host out-of-town guests for a special birthday event, and everybody absolutely loved their experience and stay at Caroline's. It was during the holidays, and the beautiful Christmas decorations made the home even more warm and welcoming - straight out of a Christmas movie! Each room is beautiful, and has it's own style. Each room has its own bathroom, which is very convenient. The common spaces are gorgeous and the breakfast is generous and very nicely presented. The location is perfect - right in front of Lake Champlain. Caroline was responsive, helpful and a very welcoming and accommodating host. We could not have wished for more. Thank you and our guests will definitely be back!
