Great experience will stay there again

This is beautiful home with more space than the pictures can show. Very comfortable up and down stairs. Extremely responsive host and so easy to work with. A few short minutes to Cooper Young were all the great restaurants are. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Luis home. It was very quiet, cozy and clean. It also had everything we needed. We were able to take some nice walks in the mornings and it was convenient for us. As we needed to be close to the Dixon garden area too. We will definitely love to stay again.

I was in Town because occasionally I work in Memphis. The location was great for me as it was Centrally located, safe, and quiet. I would definitely book again. I love how the host communicated throughout my stay.

good place to crash at for a pit stop on the way home. lots of stuff in walking distance as well.

Everything went well

The Host was so nice and super chill. The midtown area is the place to be and it was a smart decision to be in this area.

Juan’s place was great for a family get together. The living room was extremely spacious and backyard large and open. Highly recommend for a Memphis visit!

This is a beautifully restored house, which was perfectly outfitted to be a vacation home. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware of home, including a plastic set for the kids. Everyone loved the pool and foosball. The house was very comfortable and spacious. But, the cherry on top was Sarah. She is voted a top host for a reason. She was great to work with - very proactive and friendly. She went above and beyond without prompting, even including a very nice treat delivered to the house. I'd happily recommend this place to a friend.

Adam’s place was comfortable and just as described. We loved the pool and all the games that really worked. Thanks for being awesome.

If I could give 11 out of 10 stars as a review, I would without hesitation! Hands down one of the best if not THE BEST Air BnB experience I have ever had! Seriously, I cannot recommend Helen’s spot enough if you are planning a trip to Memphis! I look forward to rebooking here again and again any time I visit Memphis! From the moment I selected “BOOK” to now writing this 11 star review ;) after the wonderful time I had in Helen’s beautiful space during my 3 night stay, I remain impressed by the entire experience. Truly the first time I have ever seen an advertisement look EXACTLY the way it does online and don’t even get me started about that BED! I slept better than I have in years! @ Helen: I cannot thank you enough for all you did within your accommodations to help make my stay the most comfortable and enjoyable experience ever! Everyone do yourselves a favor and book with Helen!!!

This was an awesome Airbnb, not only because of the place itself but Daniel and Katie were gracious hosts and very proactive in our communication. The studio itself was spacious, plenty of seating, the bathroom was large for a studio, and the projector was a nice touch when I had some friends over to watch a game. I'd easily recommend staying here, especially if you want to have easy access to all parts of Memphis.

Truly home away from home. Surrounding were beautiful and peaceful. Had a blast swimming! Home was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of store options within 10 minutes from home. Host responds quickly. Loved it!!!!😍

I am overjoyed by our stay and experience with Julie! We travel a lot and I have to say this is one of the BEST Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Julie is an incredibly thoughtful hostess. Everything was thought of and anticipated in the home. She had extra toiletries and blankets everywhere to make our stay cozy. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the energy of the space. The home is historic, well lived in and loved. We are so grateful for such a memorable stay. Thank you!

This location and home met my expectations as a first time user of AirBnB. The host paid attention to my traveling needs and made the experience seamless I could write other flowering comments but would leave 2 thoughts for consideration as a improvement. 1. House was super clean but did feel concerns knowing this was a renovation that may have not improved ventilation system or routinely changed air filters. 2. Excess to Smart TVs was a blessing however getting access to Local TV markets was difficult if not impossible. Sometimes this simplicity has more value being in a new visiting environment.

Drew was an excellent host. His home was perfect for our trip to Memphis and we'll be looking to stay there on our next trip for the UFL football game in Memphis!

This house has all the charm! It's located in a quiet cul-de-sac where the other homes were just as cute. The home is decorated so well, very tasteful, incredibly clean, and the beds are really comfortable. The hosts left us with some water and snacks and coffee which was much appreciated. If I'm ever back in Memphis, I will definitely look to stay here.

Thoughtful touches throughout and luxurious linens and bed! This place is definitely is a rare gem. Bob and Jane left nothing to be desired in this cozy cottage surrounded by tranquil beauty. We had everything we needed and more. We were able to stay 2 nights on our cross country trip and have decided that this will be a destination in the future. If you’re eating in, the kitchen has most anything you need at your fingertips. Many restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. Memphis attractions close by but with a serene setting to relax away from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day.

Wayne was a great host! I loved everything about this house, from the time I walked in it felt like home. I had a slight issue with something and he immediately started to help and showed how concern he was. The pictures are exactly like how the house is. Great for a getaway/ double date trip! Great location, games in the home and a amazing back yard! I will be coming back to visit!
