Georgina’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect for my mum who was staying while attending my wedding locally. Great amenities, spotlessly clean and looked gorgeous. Georgina even offered to give my mum a lift to the wedding which was so lovely of her and gave recommendations for local hairdressers. 10/10 from start of booking to the stay, just brilliant.

I cannot fault this place, beautiful inside and full of character with everything you would need for a holiday. Located centrally with everything Kelso has to offer on your doorstep. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for a stay in Edinburgh. Walkable location from the train station and to all the major attractions. Lovely apartment. Very quiet despite being so close to the city sites. Veronique lives nearby and was very friendly, kind and helpful. The apartment was well-supplied with fresh items, and not with leftovers from previous renters. So nice upon arrival to see fresh milk, butter, eggs, bread, juice, yogurt, and a full supply of condiments. Just a great place to stay. Highly recommended. Two nearby restaurants we'd recommend are an Italian restaurant called Amerone, and a French one called Chez Jules. Both excellent and reasonably priced. Busy, so booking ahead is recommended. We used a private driving service, LR Executive, for a day trip out to the highlands. Very expensive, but it was a great way to see the area and do some hiking. They allowed us to plan our own journey and stops. Ask for Andy--a great guide and driver.

The apartment is large and spacious, very clean, has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped, the second bathroom is a little small but overall a very cozy house in an extremely quiet residential area and well served by transportation to quickly reach every part of the city. My rating is absolutely positive!

Very spacious flat with a very well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and we felt instantly comfortable and kind of at home. Super parking space. The flat is located in a quiet area near the beach. Pamela and Greg were more than friendly and helpful. We loved everything.

Lorne’s place was stunning! We were greeted by a colleague who was so friendly and helpful. The place was perfect for 2 people. It was clean, well decorated and stocked with treats for us. We felt right at home. The location was very walkable to a fun neighborhood and about a 15-20 minute walk to the major sights. We couldn’t ask for a better stay in Edinburgh!

Fantastic accommodation in a little seaside town. The apartment is a really good size for two people, it was really clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a long weekend. The location was nice and quiet and although on the high street, it was away from any of the usual centre of town noise, there were loads of car parking available and we managed to park right outside every time. The apartment is on the first floor and you can overlook the Main Street and car parks, so your car is always in sight but the surrounding area did feel safe. One of the positives of the area is the proximity to the train station which takes you directly into Edinburgh, the town has a few good eating options and I found some great little walks. Jo our host was fantastic in communication, had great local tips posted throughout the apartment and is really friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall no complaints and we would definitively stay again.

Victor and Aaron's apartment was exactly as listed. It's located in a lovely estate, in the bowl of a quiet court and very private. The apartment was immaculate and provided everything we needed, plus more. Aaron's responses to my messages were timely and at times almost immediate. The location was perfect for our needs. It is a five minute casual walk to a large supermarket and bus stop, with the bus trip into Edinburgh CBD around 20 minutes and occasionally only up to 30 minutes at peak times. The apartment was extremely comfortable and welcoming and the little extras were much appreciated. I highly recommend Victor and Aaron as hosts and their apartment as top rate.

Another fantastic stay at the wee trail house, Hayley is the best host and the property is immaculate. Communication is brilliant and it feels like a real home from home - Already thinking about next years booking!

Matthew is a great host. Fixtures, fittings and furnishings are of very good quality. We really enjoyed staying at the Hideaway. It was warm, comfortable and peaceful. We would highly recommend staying there. Thank you.

Second time staying at this beautiful cottage and hopefully not our last. Such a nice location, John and Marion are great hosts. The cottage is spotless and has lots of nice touches. Would highly recommend.

This was one of our favorite AirBnb experiences! The location was perfect (near the tram and bus stops), and since we rented a car for day trips, the garage was an added bonus, not available in many AirBnb’s. Peter’s place was spotless and very comfortable for myself, my husband, and adult daughter. Great shower, very quiet neighborhood. We stayed during a heat wave and were not at all disturbed at night with the windows open. Peter has a large assortment of books about the history of Edinburgh and sightseeing opportunities, and we enjoyed looking through them. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely few days at Rose Cottage. Julie's place was very much as described. Was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need especially comfy bed, nice linen, good shower. Resturant suggestions much appreciated. Great spot for exploring beautiful Northumberland. Would recommend.

Cannot recommend this place enough - spacious, homely, beautifully decorated, clean, lovely rooms. As for Marie, she was lovely - an absolutely fantastic host, super friendly, went out of her way to help, was very flexible, and communicated superbly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We, a family of five, enjoyed wonderful four nights in the lovely House on the Hill which was exactly as described. A great plus was the tennis court, that was very well received by our children. Walking the dog was a great experience. We used the farm cottage to explore Scottish Borders, Northumberland and of course Edinburgh. We would certainly come back and highly recommend this lovely place!

Cass and Charlie were welcoming and friendly. They were very informative with great local knowledge and made you feel right at home. The accommodation was first class with everything you could possibly need. It’s off the beaten track in a fabulous quiet location. Lovely courtyard seating area and views from dining room. The little extras were very welcome after a long journey. Would definitely stay again.

Oh wowwww. Not sure I can fault this Airbnb at all. Fantastic location in the middle of town – Berwick upon Tweed has some absolutely breathtaking local spots and The Nest is walkable from all of them. Lesley goes out of her way to make you feel like you’re staying in a proper home away from home, with extra amenities, personalised touches and thoughtful essentials. Lesley even stopped by to bring us a fan to help us cope with a few nights of unprecedented heat. The space is small but spacious and well put together. Plus that back deck is the icing on the cake. Ta, Lesley. We couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Stayed for week on a business trip to Edinburgh. The apartment was great for this but equally would've been happy to have stayed here on leisure trip to Edinburgh. Would definitely book again .

We were very pleased. The apartment was very nice and super clean. It was also within walking distance of many things we wanted to see in Edinburgh. Gintare was very responsive to any questions I had!

We spent two nights at The Butler's Basement for my husband's birthday and it was an ideal base. We did have an issue getting in as the lockbox didn't work, but her son came down and resolved the issue. The apartment was very clean and in a great area - some lovely bars and restaurants that we preferred to spend time in, more than the busier side of Edinburgh. Gemma was very responsive to my messages and we also had a bottle of fizz in the fridge as well as some short bread and chocolate. It might be an idea to put a small bottle of milk in the fridge, as we did have tea and coffee provided but didn't want to buy a whole pint of milk to make a couple of drinks. However it certainly wasn't an issue that would stop us staying again!

The best AirBNB we have ever used! I can’t not say enough about this place. Kornelia was a perfect host in every way. Communication too notch. The residence was so immaculate and had every single thing you possible needed! The bad was so comfortable for a great night sleep after touring all day. The bus stop is a two min walk around the corner. You will not be disappointed here!!!

We loved this stay! It is in a beautiful and safe area. The house was furnished beautifully and was extremely clean. The hosts were incredible and very easy to contact. All the amenities were pristine and obviously fresh and new for guests. Could not recommend highly enough.

Location is absolutely amazing, just steps off the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle and not far from the train station. Unit was clean and well organized. Everything we used in the unit worked great. Communication was excellent, very easy to work with. Thanks for a great stay!
