Beautiful modern furnishings. Perfect balcony for watching the sunset. We could hear the sound of the sea and could not have been nearer to the beach. Nathalie arranged taxis for us and was there to greet us personally. Five property and host.

This is the nicest holiday apartment I have stayed in - I loved staying here and was very sorry to leave. It's really clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a longer stay, the complex is quiet and the view is fantastic! Guillermo was really helpful and friendly and a fantastic host! I'd highly recommend staying here and I hope to myself in the future!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The flat is on great location just few minutes walking from the beach. IT was clean and bed was comfortable. Communication with host was great and there is also swimming pool as a part of reaidential unit. There is nothing luxury with this flat but it is average flat fully equiped with all things you need for your stay. Would stay again here

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and with the communication with Annika. The apartment was as described. The place Arguineguin is still original and not overflowing with tourists, as we imagined it. The location of the apartment was very quiet despite its central location and had great views of the sea. You old cement factory had a certain charm, especially in the evening, when it was lit. In the evening we had a great view of the sea of lights from the upstairs terrace, very great.

We didn't miss anything during our stay, great accommodation, quiet, clean and next to everything!

We had a wonderful stay. I would definitely book this apartment again in the future. Host reacted friendly and very quickly to messages, apartment was very clean, good parking in the vicinity and of course it was only a few steps to the beach with a beautiful view.

Kim is a very friendly host and responds very quickly to messages. The apartment was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the pool is easy to access. Parking on the road was easy and the apartment is a good central location for driving around the island, we walked to a few restaurants in the evenings with no issues. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A truly unique, special place to stay. The Atlantic Ocean is your nearest neighbour. Minutes from the airport & very easily found. Perfect for lovers who appreciate nature. Daniel's house blew us away. It's wonderful and has everything you need. It was very clean and the beds are a dream; we slept perfectly every night. Waking up in the morning feeling completely refreshed was simply brilliant. There's a small shop around the corner, the sea within easy reach, and secure parking right on site. If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city but still want to go out for a drink or a meal, the marina is within walking distance. You can get to the popular towns very quickly by car or bus. We'll definitely be back. Daniel is truly a superhost. The communication leaves nothing to be desired. For anyone booking accommodation in Gran Canaria, come to Daniel's house; it's perfect.

We had a great experience at Katharina's place! The pool has a nice 28 degree temperature, every bedroom has aircondition to ensure a good night's sleep, and the house is located a short drive from some amazing beaches and decent restaurants. Couldn't have asked for more!

we have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday at Nicolas property. we were extremely happy on arrival, instructions were clear and easy to follow. everything was as described & in the photos. Nicolas checked in with us by txt to make sure all was well & if we needed anything. the property is in a quiet peaceful location but within walking distance to nearby beach & restaurants. would definitely recommend and will possibly return ourselves in the future. Javier was great in all aspects. Place is close to everything, parking out front was easy. Only disappointment was pool and were supposed to be heated but were not when we were there.

I stayed 5 days at "Caracas del sol" and all I can say is: Absolutely stunning! The place is spacious, quiet, tastefully decorated, everything has been thought for the guests to have the best stay they could expect. I stayed in many Airbnb before, this is definitely the most amazing one. I highly recommend this place, It is really worth every cent you play. I will definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this beautiful bungalow, the location, the amenities just everything was perfect! Zen and Wolfgang were so incredibly sweet and accommodating, we felt right at home. The location is right on the sea with a wonderful view! We will definitely come back here, absolutely recommended!!!

a truly perfect accommodation. very large house with a large terrace, equipped with everything, 2! bathrooms, quiet surroundings, not far into the center - also by public transport, safe neighborhood, great location, also supermarket bakery restaurant and cafes within walking distance, very warm hosts, fantastic views. everything was even better than expected, we had a wonderful relaxing vacation and this accommodation simply helped to enjoy this island! Thank you for your hospitality.

All good and as described. Very clean. Balcony had great views over the the sea and south to the dunes. Balcony was always in shade (we visited in end of April which gave rest from the sun. Always free sunbeds and chairs at pool area to get the sun. Easy walk to beach (using lift) where selection of beach bars and restaurants were found. Had a great stay.

The place was as described. Water and smaller snacks were also available upon arrival. The panoramic view up to the dunes was fascinating. We were able to park our rental car at any time without any problems. Parking was always plenty available. We can recommend the apartment without reservation and will be happy to come back for our next stay.

Perfect location, very nice apartment and a great beach on the clean Atlantic. There was nothing missing in the apartment. Feeling like home. At the time of our trip, the ambiance in the vicinity was private, no signs of mass tourism. To our liking. If another trip to Gran Canaria becomes us, we will certainly ask Juan.

We had a wonderful holiday on the property. The apartment is beautifully furnished and you really have everything you need. The complex and the view were beautiful and mostly really very quiet. It all matched the images. The communication was super uncomplicated and very nice and helpful. We have always found a good parking space.

Everything has been spotless. Communication with Alicia, the stay. Everything has been as expected. The modern apartment, with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is very quiet, and you can easily find a place to park your car nearby. The community's facilities are impeccable, with direct access to the beach. Nothing to complain about. We were completely satisfied and felt very comfortable right away. Communication with the hosts was excellent The kitchen is super equipped and not worn. You can also walk to the sea (roughly 20 min), but a car makes things easier and is recommended anyway, as the island is incredibly versatile. The view is magnificent due to the higher location! The pool was, like everything else, very clean and well maintained. We can fully recommend the apartment.

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, with amazing views. if you enjoy the sound of waves then this place is for you. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, even picking us up from the airport upon arrival. For us this was heaven and we definitely recommend.
