Holiday rentals with beach access in Meloneras, Maspalomas

Perfect . Immaculate, tasteful & clean. We enjoyed walking to the local beaches & restaurants. Very easy to catch a bus further afield ( Porto Mogan ) cost 1.75 euro. Local SPAR shop fantastic - everything you need . Sun all day on front patio from 11am until those stunning sun sets . The steps to the beach are a challenge - but we were running them several times a day because we can.The apartment has an nespresso coffee machine , SMEG kettle. Large fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Plus hair dryer Everything looked new.

A beautiful apartment with a fantastic view directly of the beach and the sea. The accommodation is beautifully furnished, has everything you need. We felt right at home. The location is great, the beach is within reach. There are some good restaurants and shopping opportunities in the area. I can only recommend the place.

The stay at Philip's bungalow was great. A breathtaking view with a beautiful environment. Philip always responded quickly, kindly and the instructions were clear and easy. The bungalow was very clean, tidy and everything was well arranged even after we booked 1 day in advance last minute on a Sunday & holiday. Philip also arranged a nice surprise for us because we wanted to spend our honeymoon in his bungalow. In short, everything was very satisfactory, we give Philip not 5 but 10 stars! We had a wonderful honeymoon here, if we ever come back it would definitely be here!

it's really a perfect place to stay. The terrace is spacious with plenty of shade and privacy. You'll walk to the beach in no time. We thought the beds were a bit hard but otherwise it was perfect. Luis thank you. For us it couldn't be better. Hopefully see you soon.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The flat is on great location just few minutes walking from the beach. IT was clean and bed was comfortable. Communication with host was great and there is also swimming pool as a part of reaidential unit. There is nothing luxury with this flat but it is average flat fully equiped with all things you need for your stay. Would stay again here

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and with the communication with Annika. The apartment was as described. The place Arguineguin is still original and not overflowing with tourists, as we imagined it. The location of the apartment was very quiet despite its central location and had great views of the sea. You old cement factory had a certain charm, especially in the evening, when it was lit. In the evening we had a great view of the sea of lights from the upstairs terrace, very great.

We didn't miss anything during our stay, great accommodation, quiet, clean and next to everything!

The apartment is very nice, bright, large terrace with table and chairs, also a large comfortable outdoor sofa. The apartment has a great central location. Communication with the hosts is very fast, concise and friendly. I recommend.

A truly unique, special place to stay. The Atlantic Ocean is your nearest neighbour. Minutes from the airport & very easily found. Perfect for lovers who appreciate nature. Such an amazing Airbb, location was incredible and was fully equipped with everything you can possibly need and much more! The view was breathtaking, I’ve stay in many Airbb all over the world and I can say this is one of the best ones of far!

Great stay.

A wonderful little place to stay. Nothing but bird song to wake up to in the morning. The villa is rustic and super lovely. All the basic amenities and good WiFi if needed. The place was super clean, so much better than many airbnbs I’ve stayed. The nearest supermarket is only 15 minutes away. There are plenty of small villages to visit within 15-30 minutes. The local waterfall is very beautiful, and a very pleasant 20 minutes away walk away through the valley that makes you feel like you’re walking through Jurassic times. The local geology is breathtaking with so much evidence of ancient lava flows overlapping one another. The locals were friendly too. A very special little place. Thanks so much for having us.

Excellent host! I've already been to their house several times and I will keep repeating if possible! Ideal location for getting around the south of the island. The house is spacious and clean. Communication with David is smooth and friendly. 5-star

we have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday at Nicolas property. we were extremely happy on arrival, instructions were clear and easy to follow. everything was as described & in the photos. Nicolas checked in with us by txt to make sure all was well & if we needed anything. the property is in a quiet peaceful location but within walking distance to nearby beach & restaurants. would definitely recommend and will possibly return ourselves in the future. Great accommodation, far larger than we need but we like plenty of space and are prepared to pay extra for it. Ilse was a great communicator prior, helped our taxi driver find the property on arrival, allowed check out later than expected and booked us a taxi back to the airport. One thing that I think is missing is a book/folder of local recommendations and instructions, although Ilse does have a blog with some wider recommendations. Overall we really enjoyed the stay, highly recommended.

We would recommend this house to anyone. An absolute dream. Very clean everything, nothing was broken. There was even shampoo and enough towels for 4 persons. Fernando and Kati are super friendly. There was another welcome gift. Fresh fruit and wine. It was just great. We will definitely be back. The unit is also super. Two large pools on two levels with waterfall. In close proximity there are restaurants, an Aldi and a spar. Those who want to have a quiet and relaxing holiday are very well taken care of by Fernando and Kati.

We had a wonderful holiday on the property. The apartment is beautifully furnished and you really have everything you need. The complex and the view were beautiful and mostly really very quiet. It all matched the images. The communication was super uncomplicated and very nice and helpful. We have always found a good parking space.

Everything has been spotless. Communication with Alicia, the stay. Everything has been as expected. The modern apartment, with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is very quiet, and you can easily find a place to park your car nearby. The community's facilities are impeccable, with direct access to the beach. Nothing to complain about. The apartment and the entire complex are very nice and well maintained. We felt completely comfortable right after arrival. The location was quiet and yet you can reach the bus stop or taxi in a few minutes. There is a large pool and direct beach access. Upon our arrival, chilled drinks and snacks were ready for us. The communication in advance and also during the stay was uncomplicated and Monica responded quickly to my messages. We can only recommend the place and would come back anytime.

Our stay at Bjorn & John's was impeccable. A very welcoming host. The apartment is well-equipped and clean. Accessible on foot. Everything was perfect.

We decided to rent this apartment after previous reviews on Airbnb and were very happy after our stay. This is a peaceful oasis away from noise where you can really relax in. The apartment and the space itself really lived up to expectations. Sitting on the terrace with breakfast while the morning sun stood up was a delight. Otherwise, it has a sun all day until it sets and can cool off in the pool, which almost no one else used. There are 2 grocery stores in the immediate vicinity, as well as some good restaurants. Otherwise, it is only 2 km down to the coast, where there is a walkway just beyond the apartment. There is also a short distance both to several restaurants the opposite way, as well as Playa Del Ingles. And then there was very good service from the host Claudio, as well as info about everything you were wondering about. Thank you so much for a great stay and service, we would love to come back again to this peaceful oasis!

Super stay in Mirian Ester's apartment, the complex is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties but overall the stay was excellent, on our arrival the apartment was clean and fragrant, the kitchen utensils complete as well as dishes, plates, etc. all in excellent condition. The apartment is suitable for 2 people, maximum 3, but only if the third person is a child. The highlight is the terrace facing east with a magnificent view of the sea. Thank you for your hospitality. If I were to return to Gran Canaria, I will definitely return to your apartment.

Everything worked out smoothly, the parking situation is tight on the WE, otherwise something is always found in the immediate vicinity. Everything you need is within walking distance.
