Beautiful accommodation very close to the train station. Cozy, quiet and clean. The host is very nice, responds promptly and is extremely accommodating with the check-in and check-out times.

Andreas is a friendly and excellent host. The apartment is well equipped. It was very clean and as shown or described in the pictures. The apartment is located near the vineyards. There are some wine taverns that can be easily reached on foot. From a nearby bus stop, you have a good connection to Vienna in the city. We felt very comfortable there and spent some nice days. Would immediately book with Andreas again for another stay.

The apartment is a dream in every way. Functional and at the same time particularly tastefully furnished (including a remarkable library that actually makes taking books with you superfluous), bright and spacious. The whole vacation could be spent on the room-sized terrace with fantastic views. In addition, Krems and the surrounding area naturally have a lot to offer. We got valuable tips from Siglinde. She was accessible throughout and extremely friendly. Absolutely recommended!

It was a very clean and well-maintained accommodation. The alpacas I met while taking a walk in the morning were cute too!

Beautiful surroundings, fine looking apartment, Nicely kept, kept clean, and even tho it looks a little old the place doesn’t smell weird. It’s kept in good condition.

Peaceful and beautiful house out side of Vienna. Perfect for family with children or people wants to chill out. We definitely would like to visit again. strongly recommend :)

Great location for getting to the city center and Schloss Schönbrunn. Public transportation by bus or tram was close by. Easy to get to for a morning walk in Schönbrunn park. Grocery stores nearby. The place was nicely decorated and gave off a feeling of Vienna.

Very nice, clean and quiet apartment. You can get to the subway in 5 minutes. The apartment is well equipped and Klaus is a very nice host. The kitchen is cozy and the sofa bed is comfortable. The communication was fast and very friendly. Thanks again.

The accommodation in general is fine. The owner responds quickly and is always available when something is needed. The area is ideal, close to everything and also to public transport. The apartment is very spacious! However, I would have liked the kitchen to be a little cleaner, some furniture had a little dirt inside and it would be nice if some kitchen appliances were renewed as they are a little worn out by time. The rest, everything is great!!

Was nice, everything described very accurately. Bernhard contacted us again before the beginning of our stay to provide us with information. Otherwise, the stay was smooth. The house is just a new building - there are certainly nicer and more representative things in Krems if you want. The apartment is located on the ground floor, which also includes a tiny garden. Anyway, everything worked out, we have no reason to criticize, but a lot of praise for the attention to detail, from the hanging note with information about the garage key and wifi password, to drinks in the fridge to the well-arranged city map of Krems.

The stay was completely successful! Communication with the host was smooth and straightforward. The apartment was very clean and well equipped upon our arrival – exactly as described in the photos. We felt very comfortable there and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation!

This accommodation is located on the edge of the new Sonnwendviertel and is super connected with public transport. The Viktor Adler Markt is within walking distance. The roof terrace is great!

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

Great location, we were 6 adults with the bikes, we could park them in the large garage. Perfect as a starting point for bike tours, many beautiful and cozy wine taverns nearby (within walking distance in a few minutes), Sonja was very friendly, accommodating and helpful, always available, very clean apartment, it was everything we needed, great hot tub in the garden and cozy outdoor area. I would recommend to stay at this property.
