Log wood cottage in the Eastern Townships

Beautiful log wood cottage with a cathedral roof and a wood stove, located right on the shores of Lac Desmarais in Estrie. The dock is the ideal spot for relaxing. The private lake is a protected area (no gas-powered motors allowed) and is brimming with trout and other species of fish each year. A paddle board, canoe and kayak will be at your disposal. You and your guest are welcome to enjoy our 40 acres of forest/wetland, go canoeing in our canoe, soak in the custom made cedar hot tub, hang out at the fire pit/garden area, or just enjoy having a private holiday. The treehouse is located just 5 minutes from downtown Newport and is 22 minutes to Jay Peak Ski Resort.
