We loved our stay in Conifer Cottage. I particularly loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds and rabbits.

This place is an absolute gem. Right in the beautiful forest, filled with wildlife, privacy & an overall great experience. From the moment you arrive you feel calm & at home. The accommodation was great & homely with the gas fire heater which was a nice touch during the cold periods there. Sassafras had great restaurants etc, plus the local people are so kind & inviting to tourists, I've never been to a town where everyone is so pleasant & happy! Not to mention the hosts of this airbnb are incredibly kind, generous with their welcome packs & communication was perfect! It was also a pleasant treat to be greeted by kookaburras, Rosella's & parrots each morning on the balcony! I highly recommend this airbnb & location!

What a little gem of a place! Absolutely loved the Provincial cottage at Belle Le Vie. It looks exactly as the photos and description. It was super clean, cosy and comfy. With a forest view, very private from nearby cottages, you could hear the birds and rustling of the trees. The place has netflix to enjoy at your leisure and the spa was great for two people. Breakfast was also a nice touch, with home made loaf of bread, muesli, fruit, yoghurt, milk, tea & Map pod coffee machine. We will definitely reccommend and return to this goegeous cottage. Beautiful place for a romantic getaway. So peaceful, beautiful and perfect place to spend some quality time with someone. My girlfriend absolutely adored the place. We loved having the entire place to ourselves. To contradict the previous negative review, the place was really peaceful and private. The other air bnbs at the retreat are out of view completely. The fire was really cosy, really nice hot tub as well. Loads of bird seed in the kitchen to feed all the birds in the morning. One of the best air BnBs I have stayed at, couldn’t recommend more.

Thank you Annika and Amon for being amazing hosts! The cottage is simple and quaint but has everything you need to be comfortable and to enjoy what the location/property has to offer. There are clear instructions/information for all of the amenities in and around the cottage and the hosts are fantastic with communicating. We enjoyed exploring the property with our 2 year old, lot's of beautiful trees and wild life. We'll definitely be coming back again!

Loved staying at Amons beautiful cottage location! It was so relaxing and quiet. The cottage was surrounded by beautiful scenery. The cottage itself was comfortable and clean. We took our two kelpies with us, it was the perfect getaway! Thanks again Amon.

The log cabin, surroundings and views were amazing. Both rooms comfortably appointed and the kitchen and dining area well laid out and functional. There is a steep gravel driveway leading up to the carport, so if you have a city car, be careful when driving up, especially if it is raining. There’s some steep stairs up to the cabin, but not too much of an issue. The cabin itself is very comfortable and with the ducted heating and fireplace in the lounge room it’s very cozy. The rooms have their own air conditioning to warm things up as well. The views are absolutely stunning especially in the morning. Coffee on the enclosed veranda with those views are definitely worth it. It is a bit of a drive up and down the mountain to get to places, but there are also very nice places close by to get food and breakfast in the morning. There’s a botanical garden nearby in Olinda which is a must see.

Great place

Had a great time with my partner, 1 year old daughter and 2 dogs. Theres a blocked backyard section big enough for the dogs. Also under cover so dogs can do their business when raining. Renee was a great host. My only note in terms of access and location is that the entranceway is steep and has very sharp terms. We had an all wheel drive Rav4 with high clearance so we had no issues. But it's just something to keep in mind as its always wet there. Apart from that, it was great!

Sandi’s place is perfect described accurately. It’s on a working farm so be ready for the noises, the bugs ,lots of comings and going’s , visiting dogs which my dog loved!!! And me too. A peaceful relaxing break away I had the best time, reminded me of my childhood staying on my uncles farm . 20 minutes from anywhere on the Bellarine . Thanks so much for letting Dave and I stay we loved every minute.

The property was comfortable, spacious and private

Badger Creek has been a welcome location to my wife and I, before and now with children. The location is quiet and relaxing and a beautiful drive into town. We spent the Saturday at Lake Mountain and came home to an open fire, board games and a wonderful home cooked meal. We will continue to come back.

Hey!! Just thought I’d leave a little review for this beautiful property. My best friend and I came here for a little disconnect from reality and couldn’t have wished for anything better! It was wholesome, clean and so peaceful. Full of excellent amenities and the host even asked us what our milk preference was! I highly recommend to anybody considering!

David was very friendly and always attentive. The place is what it promises, ideal for one or two people, the cabin has everything they need and is in a good location, the train and bus stop are close. I would stay again.

I had a wonderful week in the Cozy Cabin! It was so easy to get around and explore and was so quiet and peaceful. Very easy to find and very relaxing stay. Wonderful amenities - I highly recommend anyone to stay!
