Very good location with the possibility of using 1 garage. Nice apartment but overlooking a main street... Too bad there's no hot water in the kitchen. Close to a supermarket (Marjane).

Very easy to communicate with the host, Ayoub. Ayoub was already waiting for us at Bab Ziat when we arrived in late evening, and prepared drinks and snacks for us. Very much appreciated. A very short and flat walk from Bab Ziat to his unit. We like the rooms, the kitchen and the courtyard. Two of the bathrooms and a toilet are in the same bathroom like public bathroom style. We still use it a one bathroom as there isn't enough space to hang our clothes and towels in the bathroom within the bathroom. We were there for two nights, arrived late and left early. Didn't encounter any strange people except for a kid which told us "it's closed" when we were on our way to a nearby restaurant for dinner (very nice dinner). Ayoub recommended Batha Coffee for breakfast and we liked it a lot (went there for breakfast consecutive days). Had trouble opening the main door to the apartment building with the key but you just need to try for a few more times.

We had a great time at Mohammed's place. The apartment was impeccable when we arrived, with a spacious bedroom, very comfortable bedding and a cozy and well-appointed living room. A baby bed with two mattresses was waiting for us as agreed. The location is perfect for discovering Fez: close to the city center and the airport, and about 15 minutes' drive from the medina. Mohammed is a warm, caring and always available host. A great welcome, you can book with your eyes closed.

Great location, great services , Adam is very responsive even though I booked really late ! The appartement is really clean and comfy with the welcoming drinks all over the place … But what make our stay unforgettable is Said at the front desk , he’s very helpful and always smiling, Said is such a great person. Can’t wait to come back

A simply unforgettable family stay in this magnificent Riad in the heart of Fez. Upon our arrival, we were charmed by the beauty of the place, mixing Moroccan authenticity and refinement. The Riad is a true haven of peace, tastefully decorated and full of the unique magic that only the medina of Fez can offer. Abdelali and his entire team were very attentive from start to finish. Their sincere hospitality, availability and attention to every detail made us feel at home. You immediately feel that this Riad has been thought out with passion: every corner breathes the love of a job well done, and the soul of Abdelali is present at every moment. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the medina of Fez, a breathtaking panorama, especially at sunrise. The rooftop jacuzzi delighted the children, who spent joyful and relaxing moments there while we enjoyed the serenity of the place. Everything is perfect!

We had an exceptional stay at Mrs. Hasnaa's. His warm welcome and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable. The cottage is in a great location, offering a magnificent view that amazed us every day. A big thank you also to Mr. Mustapha, always attentive and very helpful. Thanks to them, our stay was most comfortable. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed with 10 friends in the Riad . Everything went great, quiet, comfortable rooms, the little ones better for 1 person, the 2 very large even for 3 people . Great for breakfast Fatima that prepares good manicaretti. Great, to recommend .

Thank you Samira for a great stay and making us feel so welcomed. It was amazing to stay in such a beautiful, historic house in such a convenient location in the Medina. The rooftop is especially nice (even in the rain we had on our visit). We really enjoyed exploring the souks and local restaurants. Was a brilliant place for us as a family with young kids.

Apartment was really spacious and well kept. Everything you need was there and everything was really clean. The building is new and in a good neighborhood. Communication with Imane was easy and proactive. She helped us finding the way to the apartment and was really flexible. Would definitely recommend.
