The former garage has been lovingly converted into an accessible loft-like studio with an e-charging station. Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

My accommodation (approx. 68 m2) is located in the 2nd district of Vienna, right next to the beautiful Augarten Park on the 5th floor with elevator of a residential complex, in a quiet location. Ferris wheel and Prater are not far, subway U2 5 minutes on foot. You'll love my place because of the quiet but convenient location. You can also walk to the 1st district (Stephansdom) in 20 minutes. We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
