Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Medway

Lisa’s house was just as shown in the photos. It was really spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. The patio overlooking the large garden was a peaceful place to eat or just relax. We really enjoyed our stay.

Huge space, great for a big group. Hot tub was a great treat. Very responsive host!

The place was really nice, ideal for families. The host we're very accomdating and met all out needs. I couldn't thank them anymore. However, I would stat that Sykes are very difficult to deal with, unresponsive and my queries went unresolved. I would definitely book again and wait for the host to get in touch instead of raising anything with Sykes. The house met all our standards and the host we're very nice.

Kevin’s House was Perfect ! The place was spotless and felt like a home . It was giving everything we expected. The neon lights under the TV were aesthetically pleasing, it felt more like a cinema room than a living room😍. Kevin is a patient and easy going . His response times were immaculate too, he literally answered any questions I had ! We walked in to a cute house tour and he had pre- warmed the hot tub for us, (with AMAZING JETS !!) by the way . If we could have stayed an extra night we like have☺️. The best accommodating host i’ve had in a long time , Im beyond grateful🙏🏾 . Thankyou for making our stay one for the books❤️ !

Such a fantastic property! The smart home features for use with the hot tub, AC, lights etc were a really nice touch. The host was more than helpful and welcomed us into the house and gave us lots of info about the local area.

Our trip was perfect. The accommodation is spotless, well looked after and really modern. It has absolutely everything you need and all the small details have been thought of. It is in a beautiful and quiet location and the hot tub was lovely. Communication with the host was perfect - instructions were super clear and included helpful videos. We were even offered late check out which was so appreciated. Would absolutely recommend and we’d love to come back.

Lovely house, good sized bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool table was a bonus. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Jaqua was a fantastic host – very welcoming and quick to respond. The property itself is lovely and very spacious. The new outdoor marquee was perfect for our hen do with 18 guests, easily accommodating our meals, games, and drinks. The house is also excellent, with comfortable beds, a lovely living room and conservatory, and a well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at the honey pod. Everything was lovely clean and tidy and the instructions was clear. If you do stay here please persevere with the logs for the hot tubs as it takes a while to warm up. The road in was a bit bumpy in so just bare that in mind. Sarah was very helpful and accommodating. Not many shops close, so take food and drinks with you. Would recommend :)

Great cabin and location. Exactly as described and perfect to unwind. Julie is a really informative host and provided a lot of local knowledge in terms of places to go & things to do etc. Perfect weekend getaway.

What a fantastic destination! We thoroughly enjoyed the Prosecco and marshmallow indulgence. It was the perfect opportunity for us to unwind and savor the moment, and our kids had a blast as well. The scenery was beautiful, and there were wonderful dining options in the nearby villages. The place was spotless, and Kari was incredibly attentive and helpful.

Perfect relaxing break! The Lodge for 2ad or the Retreat adjacent for 4, share enormous garden area but both are so private to rent independently with their own facilities. Quality equipment & furnishings & large gas BBQ. Real hot tub (not blow up pool) available on arrival to use 24/7 if you wanted! Lovely touches of Prosecco, chocs & marshmallows to welcome you. Fire pit & outdoor quoits were fun. Comfy bed, double shower and bathrobes provided, along with all necessary basics. Kitchen fully equipped. An inside & an outside fridge were a fab bonus. We had sunshine so could use the sun loungers on the raised decking to appreciate the countryside orchard views. 15mins walk into village to 2 great Gastro pubs if required. Outside covered lounge & TV sounded strange initially but it worked. Kari’s communication was 1st class too. Also appreciated the standard checkout being noon ! Everything has been thought of here. We’ll be back 🥰xx

Kari’s holiday home was absolutely beautiful .. the surroundings were picturesque and so much better than the photos. The place had everything and more.. the outside area was so chill, we had drinks by the jacuzzi under the terrace with the outside tv and heater to keep warm. The bbq was soooo easy to use and we had a lovely little spread the second night. So responsive and helpful. We will 100% be back and we are already discussing dates for our next break here. Thank you for such a lovely time x
