However, overall, we were highly satisfied with our accommodation once we arrived. As a large family of 19 members, I inquired about exceeding the occupancy limit, and Edith responded politely, confirming that it was acceptable. Consequently, I promptly booked the place. It is worth noting that the house is connected to another residence, and we received assistance from Lin Lin, who demonstrated how to navigate the premises.once again my whole family was appreciated your place thank you so much.

I'm particular about cleanliness, and I appreciated that the room smelled of disinfectant when we arrived—it showed it had been sanitized. Though not spotless, the room was neat and clean! 💯 While the building's corridors and stairs could be cleaner (which I believe is the responsibility of the building management), the room itself was well-maintained. Ms. Mechelie was also responsive and helpful and answers my queries promptly, and check-in was smooth. A few minor issues: the bathroom drainage could be checked more thoroughly between guests, and the bed could also be more comfortable—it was not that nice to sleep on. Also, the charge for an extra sheet felt a bit high considering it’s only a thin fabric. If you're a freelancer or VA, bring a backup hotspot—the Wi-Fi is not really reliable to use for work. But if you're after a quiet, affordable stay near malls, I definitely recommend Ms. Mechelie’s place. Over all, Ms. Mechelie made our 3-D, 2-N stay very comfortable. ☺️

Compliments to Jane for making us feel at home, she runs a very professional rental Operation for both short and long term tenants. There’s a brand new laundry onsite with very competitive prices and super convenient if you don’t have time to laundry. The view deck above is pleasant and welcoming. The air con is very effective, bed is comfortable. Nice tv with YouTube/netflix. Functional kitchen for light cooking too! Compliments to her staff house keepers and repairman. Extremely friendly kind and professional. Top notch! Clean drinking water which is really kind as the refill station is far if your getting around by foot. There is a nice restaurants nearby as well as multiple karenderyas. The location is in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes drive from down town. No jeepneys but many taxis often. The wifi is great signal 90% of the time except during peak hours at night sometimes. We had some minor issues with mosquitoes but an electric zapper is provided. Great stay and thanks again!

The host was super accommodating and even answered all my questions, including those not related to our stay! The staff on duty was also really friendly and helped us find a ride to Balingoan Port. The place was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and I loved that it’s located along the road—very accessible to transportation. I’d definitely book this place again when I come back. Highly recommended!
